I have an experience last week, my TP link router not working properly, i contacted my retailer shop which i purchased, they reject and said contact service center,I reached this service center, they ask me to send bill to check validity, i collected copy of my bill from the retailer shop and give to service center,Within 10 mints they check and replaced my product immediately, soyou just keep your bill is with you, they check validity of that bill and replace your productReally good attitudes towards customers from service representative 🥰Keep it with you guys♥️💯💯🙏🤝

G8 service, very friendly staff, can be an example for all service centre, the only drawback is there is only a small signboard to find no worries if you are using Google map

The main thing I noticed is the dealings. I hardly spent 10 minutes to give my faulty modem. The person in charge just checked and straight away given a new modem along with a receipt.

Bad service centre. Just because their product wasnt bought from India, they wont touch it. Shame. They tell me they have only replacement warranty. Like I cant buy another device online 😂

My router stopped working suddenly. My place is in Trivandrum, called up the customer care executive there, he told to come over and hell replace the product. As told, my router was replaced with a new one with no questions asked. Hands down, this was the best customer service I experienced in the recent times. Thanx a lot Mr.Jefferson.

I had good experience with this customer service point. They are prompt and service is fast.I have owned couple of TP link products like modem, repeaters, routers and had done RMA for failed product myself by sending directly to Maharashtra office, but let me tell you, be prepared to do all the follow ups to get the replacement.So this is where the customer service point comes into work. Just hand over damaged product, rest they will handle.Once you get the replacement they will intimate you via phone. All you have to do is verify and collect the replacement product.

Went to fix my wireless router. They diagnosed and rectified the issue immediately. As a bonus, they also upgraded the firmware. Prompt service with customer empathy. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

I had a pleasant experience at tp link kochi service center. Went to show my damaged Wi-Fi modem+router (TD-8961N). I got my modem replaced immediately. Since I bought from online I took online invoice with me.

I am extremely happy with the services I availed from this service centre.. they were prompt and helpful.

They have instantly replaced my damaged router with a new one which had a warranty period of 3 years.Thanks a lot for the top notch service.

The service station is not easily noticeable.. it is on the second floor of the building that looks like an appartment. Keenly look for the small hording kept on the entrance.

The worst service and behaviour from the staffs i have experienced so far. They were not even willing to talk to they customer as they were about to close the shop ( called at 4:30pm)

I would never visit, contact or even buy ant TP-Link product due to misbehaviour from cochin Digicom (TP-LINK service centre) staffs. the wireless router which i bought from them failed within one year and they making excuses for not to replace or fix they product under warranty
