Worst experience... Just came here to replace my damaged SIM.. They were not able to provide the service with valid id proofs... Wasted almost one hour here for getting this negative response.. I dont know why then open this office even without providing a basic service !!! Very bad customer service!!!

I am proted my number to idea and they collect 495rs for first recharge. I asked them how i get the recharge. They informed it will credit when ur sim will activte. But my sim activated saturday night and not get the recharge till now. So i cant getting outgoing.. they dont given their contact number also..

Not bothered about customers. Not willing to listen to the concerns. Doesnt keep the word they promise. Closes the show room even before the closing time, i.e.7:30.

Idea company owned store,offered good service,cooperative staff,well behaved.
