These people wont give back your security deposit when you close your connection. Moreover the quality of the channels has diminished over the time. It doesnt feel good to view channels anymore in HDTV. I switched to Airtel DTH which is around 200 rupees more but excellent clarity and visibility HDTV

Hard to locate since there aint many directions or sign boards to reach the place. A makeshift house that is converted to use as an office. Service was delayed by 15mins as there is no dedicated person to man the counter while others go for having lunch. Once they came to the counter they became active and provided decent service

Worst customer care service. We feel like they have violated our right to know, we paid for their service and we dont get it. We dont even know the news. Flood news and alerts... We dont know... What if government issues some important alert and asks people to evacuate and we couldnt do it on time as we didnt knew it as our TV wasnt working, will Asianet be held responsible...We have taken the base pack after the trai regulation. For which they charge 170 and most of the channels (other than Malayalam news channels) promised were blank or flickering, at first, we called customer care and no response, since my parents never cared for anything other than news, we didnt raise another complaint. After 2 months or so the news channels started flickering and we called them again this time they said they will fix it from their office and the channels, news + some other channels came back but this fix was a temporary one and we went to girinagar office and they said it will be working once we pay in advance and we paid in advance and nothing changed. So we called again and no response from their side,now the cable receiver is not working, called again. No use. Escalated the complaint to nodal officer, no use.

People at the office are very helpful and a huge support to customers. However, office is in bad shape. Asianet Customer Service is unreachable. There is a lot of room for improvement. For example, they can easily make the forms available online, communicate with existing customers at least via a mass email, etc. Quality has gone down quite considerably.
Ive applied for a new connection with them. Even before its connected their show pace of work is evident. Especially the modem setting up team. I highly doubt if at all Ill get a high speed Internet. They choose to not attend phone calls whenever Ive tried calling and have no understanding of timely completion of work. Even basic etiquette of returning a missed call from a customer is highly lacking. Really wonder what kind of lackadaisical people are managing and supervising this office.

Poor after sales service
Asianet south office is the worst office and also worst customer support. My GA 91081494. Yesterday evening replace our moderm and they told that before 0930 pm the tv is clear. But more than 24 hours till time thete is no film no signal. What is this and support for the customet. Shame to Asianet cable vision
Hopeless is one word i can tell for their service. Five days i have been calling them. They will promise beautiful service and not a single soul will turn up. And we ask them to disconnect they are happy to do that. Their remote has so many buttons and each button has strange functions that are not mentioned on their labels.. exhausted with their services

If you bored of good experiences from some shops, then this is the place were you get the worstest experience. When you go inside this office, you dont find anyone who is at your service. You just have to run behind someone and stop them if you need something. Unwanted additional amount as part of the bill, a decade old set top boxes and some people ready to fight with you is what awaits you at this very place. I called Asian net satellite communications from 5.30 pm to 6.15 pm. I am not getting the picture which I want inform. But no response from the Panampally nager service center !! . What a service? Once they get the business, after we have to begg before them.

The most pathetic response by staff of Asianet Girinagar office. I have been given Mob numbers of atleast 4 people but nobody bothers to pick up my call. They showed lots of interest while taking new connection. After that no response. Mr Dilip and Mr Deepu are the people who had given their Mob numbers. Till the time I paid initial amount they were responding to my calls. But after that no reply. Absolutely pathetic n irresponsible.

Worn down office in Girinagar, Kadavanthra for Asianet TV services. Hardly any place for customers to sit. Now that Star TV has the ownership, they should modify it look like a customer centre, rather than like a government office.
