It was after a long time I visited Max last week. Theyre keeping up their safety standards as high as they can and thats very good. Everything is good about max, the parking space, accessibility, the latest collection, the theme etc. However Id like to bring to notice that, the waiting time at the billing counters have increased so much that I see the staff at the counter makes it look like the billing procedure is too cumbersome. The software, the computers and all the technology here is to make things faster and easier, please dont make customers wait in queues, since the number of counters have reduced, the speed is supposed to be higher. Dont waste time adding new memberships and all those not so important stuff during billing. Kindly train the billing staff to speed up and make more space for shoppers.

One of the best Max stores i have visited. They have very good collection of kids, mens and womens casual and formal wear at very affordable rates. Highly recommended for budget shopping. They have ample car parking space too.

Discriminating the customers.. If you want to purchase from max, you should only go on ur car... Car parking is allowed in the front of the shop.. Two wheelers are not allowed to park in the front.First, learn to behave.. Cheap behaviour of security staff... Worst experience....You people have a notion that people who come in cars are the best customers and people who come in twowheelers wont buy much... Actually, me and my husband came there to have a good purchase.. Due to the illbehaviour, we left the place... I will never buy anything from Max, Elamkulam.Treat customers equally..

Clothing collection is limited. And no good offers currently. Max store at Grand Mall has better collection.

Usually Max has good collection for all genders and at a very reasonable price. Now that there are multiple showrooms of Max. I was not very impressed with the gents collection.. but I hope that they will restock soon. The showroom is good and well maintained. Staff are pretty helpful too.

Visited there for choosing a shirt for an official function. One thing i noticed was there are not many collections for formals.Also due to covid protocol you cannot get a trial from here. If the dress are not suaitable for you, then van make an exchange within 30 days.

Not easy to pick items from here compared to other shops... Kids items are mixed up very difficult to pick age wise for those who likes to shop quickly

I was surprised to find the store so crowded during a Covid spike! The store was not well maintained, overcrowded, the clothes were all mixed up, and customer service was unpleasant. However the selections were good. Also the parking facilities were good.

I normally like MAX brand. But this time I went to purchase kurti for my wife with an ONAM background..and it was a disappoinment..Not a single selection on ONAM ..kasavu.. or pattu background...

Collections are OK, staffs are good although I found billing to be troublesome since it is crowded and you may find long queues in this section. However, some sections in the first floor seems cramped.
