We will get better service from other nearby workshops. No professionalism no discipline no nothing. Only sky high rates are worked out. Incompetent staff, stupid manager and owner customer care full if idiots - this Sums up the centre.Dont ever go with this

Ive been servicing my car for the last 4 years with royal auto. Dedicated team of workers. Cost effective when compared to showroom service.

Spare part was not available.. my driver side mirror was damaged and finding difficult to drive especially at kochi.replacement was not available here..Not good.Should be made available for such immediate requirements.They are purchasing local parts from near by shops and dont leave your vehicle they are going to put all local items in car. Owner is very bad

In my life I have never seen worst workshop like royal.its not coustmer friendly workshop please avoid visiting..2 km toe in chagre 1000/-just pulled my car with someone vehicle

The worst experience. First, they drained diesel, which was filled with Rs. 2000 just before giving for repair. When asked about it, they told it was due to test drive. Be more careful when giving ur car for repair. Worst workshop
