I had a policy and cashless is denied by network hospital. Max bupa customer care is nit even responding. Never buy from this.UpdateI raise of reimbursement. No one in customer care can give status. It cross turnaround time but no option to do anything.UpdateReimbursement cross 30 days still no use from customer care. Each time one person says other.Update on feb 25:Still no proper update it been 45days +.Update on 8th matNo proper update yet. Also there phone number not working.Update 16th marFinally claim(reimbursement portion only) is approved after 2.5 monthsUpdate on 3rd AprilThey promised the hospital cash benefit claim will process by apr 5. Still to much delay.Update on 7th AprilThe hospital cash benefit also approved.Conclusion- it took 3 months to settle all the claims.

Extremely good. The service they offered of good. Really appreciable. They are very much responsive for every mail and offered good service.When I take Maxbupa Health policy, I searched a lot and compared with lot other polices and finalized with Maxbupa. Now I realized their service is good. Keep it up Maxbupa.

An unethical, disappointing and useless insurance service provider. Service is very poor and very disappointing. They are not willing in approving any claims and their main intention is to reject or deny the claims by finding silly mistakes. It will be very difficult for the common people to deal with this company. Their Mumbai and Delhi office staff are totally useless and you will never get any support. Only GOD can reach them through their toll free number for any queries or support. Their customer service is another bin of garbage with no use. Suggest not to take any policy with this company. They do not have any eligibility or quality to become an insurance company. My experience is that they are the cheaters..

Mumbai and Delhi offices are manned by unprofessional and arrogant staff. You can never reach their customer services or if you reach them you will get zero support or service. Toll free number is only for name sake, you can never get through it or if you get them by mistake they keep the phone receiver aside without giving any answer. If you take policy with this company i am sure you will lose your money.They dont have any quality to become an insurance company and suggest not to take any policy with them.

Only trying to find reasons to deny or reject the claims submitted for medical reimbursement, for what we paid and not at all helpful and loss of money.

They rejected insurance for an accident case by considering that the fracture is a pre-existing disease. Also, they only consider Adhar card as valid id proof. Really disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the Kochi team ...very poor coordination . My wife had to wait for an hour for her routine check up to start , despite assurances that everything was organised . The first check up I have asked for in three years ! you think you are doing us a big favour by giving it complimentary ? Your toll free and call centre people are most arrogant and not customer friendly at all . Inspite of having all my details they grilled me in the name of verification to give me a few shopping vouchers .... I asked them to keep it and spend it on themselves ! Overall i regret having taken this policy ...
