Worst service ever.Are you guys cheating people??Not giving proper customer support and very iresponsible..Dont go beyond these fraud insurance company.!!!

Very poor.....they didnt approve my claim. And whenever we enquire on the local office they only say that the head office decide, they cant do anything.

Dear madam/sir,My name is AJIL P JOY ( policy number : 007797609 ).I payed my installment premium of this year 2020 which is 15,357 rs by cash through receipt number 45586123 on 13th march 2020 through your executive. On 17th march 2020 your company take the same amount of money from my bank account with out my consent.I complained the same to your executive the very next day.Till now the money is not credited back to my account.What should i do to get my money back. Is there anyone who can help the customers like me?At least please show the courtesy to reply back.Thanks and regardsAJIL P JOY

Fraud company never claim the amount to customer . Even customer submitt all proper documents perfectly .so please dont take Aditya brila health insurance

Very bad , there is no any contact number and the given numbers not pick the phone. So nobody choose this company for anything , its waste time.

Useless insurance company, i paid full premium amount still the renewed policy not issued. also there is no website to pay the premium amount, they are following the stupid and useless mode of payment. we never know whether the amount is paid or not. Useless customer service. please dont use this insurance anymore

I have never seen a fraud insurance company like this in my life.I describe my experience here.1. Take the policy and date of birth mistake when the insurance card comes homeI struggled for 2 months to get it right.2. My brother was admitted to Thrissur Jubilee Mission Hospital with jaundice.This card was shown there and when they contacted the company they could not get any information from thereI immediately contacted customer service and they told me to pay cash now and the insurance company will then credit the cash to our account.3. Later when I call them,He cheated me for 3 months by saying 100 reasons.4. Every working day after 12 to 14 days, when I call, they give me new reasons and ask me to submit new files.5. If the person at this address calls, the phone will not answerEventually I got tired and canceled this insurance policyBut they had no problem withdrawing cash from my account every month.Please be reminded that such companies need to be reconsidered.
