Booked for 3 days but we stayed just 1 night. before our stay hardcore alcohol party was going on. full house was full of cigarette smoke. bedsheets and blankets are not clean. totally waste of money.

Beautiful rooms . Well kept . Spacious. All amneties available. Kitchen , washing machine and so on . Total 5 bed room in one mansion like set up. The entire house can easily accommodate 15 people or even more. Good for family or group tours. The manager was very helpful.Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Santosh was an excellent host and was extremely organized, responsive & proactive. He went out of his way to help coordinate - Car rental, Cook, Grocery shopping to name a few. Would highly recommend staying at Green Villa with a large group.

Great comfortable location with plenty of space. We stayed two weeks for our wedding and they provided excellent facilities. Safe, calm and quite neighborhood. We got excellent service by the caretakers and communication was so easy with them as they speak English very well.No problems with water supply at all. Highly recommends for anyone who wish to travel to Cochin and we expect to go for another holiday next year to the same place.Kanchana & Kumar - London
