Worst after sales service..They done roofing works for me but after that minor issues started in the beginning. But after heavy rain, there was leakages from many parts.. Calling them from 6months for maintainence.. They provided me lifetime service but still nobody didnt visit or checked.. Very bad experience in a life time.. Must avoid.. Cheating..Not worth for 1star..

Here is my review for your service Nihas.. :)I should say, Tork is the best quality Roofing shingles provider in Kerala. How can I say that? these are the reasons,1. At the same time I was building my home, one of my friends also was building his dream home. After 1 year, checking both homes, the quality of Tork Roofing shingles is far better than the shingles used for my friends home. I will give 5/5 for their support.2. The Tork team was always there for support, they call you every 3 months to see if it is okay. And with Gods grace and their promised quality, the shingles stay as new as when they were installed and didnt have to call them for any support. But on the other hand, my friends house had problems with the other shingles manufacturer and had to call them twice for support. I will give 4/5 for their support.3. Pricing- I didnt mind paying good for quality products. But here 1 year ago, Nihas has provided and surprised us with their competitive pricing. My friend has once told, if they knew Tork initially, they wouldnt have taken the ones they selected. And from my research before buying, Tork was the best roofing shingles provider, who give competitive pricing with high quality services.
