Around 400 customers including me lost cargo worth more than AED 5 Million in a major fire that consumed Ruby Cargos warehouse in Umm Ramool, Dubai on 26/07/2020. My own personal loss is above AED 100,000( INR Twenty Lakhs). Thats the value of the cargo alone. The sentimental value attached to the goods is unquantifiable. Ruby Cargo has still not informed most of the customers about this major disaster.Ruby Cargo is in no mood to compensate the customers as partial settlement towards the unexplainable agony that the customers had to endure. The cargo was haphazardly and callously handled breaching our trust. This company must be brought to book for criminal negligence.

I sent my entire belongings from Dubai to Kerala. After around a month when I called them to inquire about my cargo, they told me that their warehouse caught on fire and every cargoes including mine was burnt. They didn’t even bother to inform me about the incident. They are very irresponsive. I lost stuff worth around Indian Rupees 9,00,000 lakhs.

We have sent our cargo (furnitures & house hold items) from Sharjah to Kollam in the mid of last year and even in the pandemic situation they provided the best service. The shipment recieved at our door step on time (within 35 days) as they promised and even both their Sharjah & Cochin branch staff cordinated so well.

We got very bad experience in ruby cargo.We sent our cargo from dubai to Chennai and after 45 days we received in Chennai and the box was opened and some items inside are missing.. They open the box and the items was stolen..They even tried to open some of the other items inside which is nicely packed.Dont ever ever trust this ruby cargo in future. Worst company..

2 Jumbo box items worth AED 100000/-not arrived from Dubai to cochin Kerala.Upon chec king they said lost ed in fire.Complained to Dubai commerce department ,they said go to Dubai court.I am in India and I do not know what to do.Send your items with a reliable company with full insurance from your side.Otherwise forgert your belongings.People are cheaters.I lost the trust and under mental depression forever.😭I have sleepless nights now thinking of my valubles.Earned through last 27 years in UAE.

I , along with a large number of people , have had a terrible experience with Ruby Cargo. I have lost goods worth AED 70,000 with Ruby Cargo during the fire that took place in their warehouse in Dubai on 06 July 2020. Ruby Cargo never informed me about the fire and the loss to my goods until almost one month later and that too after I had made an enquiry about the status of my goods. There are about 100 customers who have been affected by this fire. We have witnessed first hand their unprofessional behaviour along with their unethical business practises. I would certainly not recommend anyone to use the services of Ruby Cargo and should anyone be in doubt , I would request them to do their own individual verification with news articles that are available online.

All those positive comments / reviews along with the goodwill of 30 years field experience convinced me to choose RUBY cargo while moving from UAE.However, it is extremely disappointing to realise that i was wrong.A warehouse fire is something beyond control but the way they are handling is a MESS.. !!Silence is their answer for all our queries.Basic courtesy to update customers is not even a concern for them..No news about our compensation... no response for our calls, emails, visits... !!For what we did is entrusting our lifetime savings to them..They might convince new customers saying Rules and procedures but please be informed that dont ever expect them to be same if such an unfortunate event occurs..And dont think such events wont occur henceforth.. coz Natural calamities and Man made calamities are not same.. !!

Extremely irresponsible behavior, we did not get our delivery until 7 months past the due date. Despite our frequent requests for an update, we never got one. Had to shout at the top of my voice for an ounce of response if any at all. Had to waste so much cash for more than 30 international calls to Dubai office. Im highly doubtful that i did get all my belongings back, still checking. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Though it was few years before, yet my experience was really good to share. The team stationed in Kochi showed a professional attitude and ensured full support during Customs clearance. Once the Cargo formalities got cleared delivery procedures took place immediately despite an inter- State transfer.The team in Abu Dhabi, took good care of the packing formalities and we received all our things, without any damage.

We sent all our belongings through ruby cargo. About a month later we got the information that their warehouse cauhjt on fire and every cargo including ours was burnt.

The worst cargo movers on planet earth. I moved my entire home furniture from Dubai to Kochi but it never reached on time. In fact it got misplaced at one point in time as the cargo company lost track of it. Their Dubai office never given any update and start blaming their Kochi agent. Eventually after 3 months received a call from someone in Tuticorin asking me whether the cargo was belongs to me!Received the stuff with lots of damage. LCD, IKEA sofa and the cooking range, all received damaged. Such an irresponsible and unprofessional team. I suffered massive loss by shipping my stuff through Ruby Cargo. They never respond to emails and rude on the phone calls.Shame on you Ruby Cargo team!

Total waste of time and money shipping from Dubai to Cochin. My LCD TV was broken, got pieces of wardrobe and furniture from another client. They got packing list mixed up so if I wanted bedroom things I had to open the kitchen box.Thing is I lived in the UAE for 44 years and been seeing their ADs on rented VHS tapes and DVDs ever since I was a kid.I followed their recommendations to the T in terms of packing and Jumbo Boxes. I gave them extra moneys for all the packing work both at Dubai and Cochin offices.My experience with Ruby was like being struck by a bolt of lightning!

Received an exceptionally professional service at the hands of some amazing people when I shipped my household items from Sharjah to my hometown in Kerala. Reliability was evident right from the time packing began at our home in Sharjah. The staff at both Sharjah and Kochi office were so supportive, guiding us and reassuring us all through the shipment process. Thank you Ruby Cargo

One of the best Packers in UAE especially if sending items to Kerala. All my house hold items were packed carefully with proper markings and arrived with no damage. Abdulla and team did a wonderful job. The team in Kochi also was very good and they did a great job of assisting with customs clearance.
