I recently bought 3R80 left above knee .Am working in West Africa ( Ivory Coast) and over phone Mr. Sanu has taken all the required details and upon my arrival in kochi he has kept it ready. Ottobock, literally one of the best youll ever find in prosthetics and Kochi ottobock was no less than the best available.The service provided was notably of global standards and Praveen from sales is worth mentionable for his help and support throughout the process. He also helped attain the product fast and at a much affordable rate. Akhil from training was also really helpful.

Service and amneties are excellent. Timing given for patients are also perfect. All staff are cooperative to patients. Only problem was lack of space. If patients came without booking no place to sit for accompanied people. So I gave four star rating
