I have an excellent opinion only about this office. Two times for different purposes I visited this office. The reception as well as service were excellent. Within 10 minutes work was finished. They are customer friendly only.

So, I hope you guys know this already, Karvy is a Defaulter now and have been blacklisted by NSE. My dad had invested through Karvy years back and now in a difficult situation because of their mis management. We have already filed a complaint againt them and it is pending resulution. I suggest you take measures to secure your investment if you have any with them.Update:We have received our settlement as a result of the the complaint filed with NSE.

Very poor attitude by the staff working there, especially the lady with spectacles (I dont know her name !). That lady was very rude and was behaving as if she was the CEO of some big organization. The behaviour of other staff members were not encouraging as well. I recommend to general public: Please avoid this branch totally, if you do not want a horrible experience. Very very disappointed with my experience there in Karvy, Cheruparambath road branch.

Extremely rude behaviour by the staff there. They were not at all polite, and they were behaving to us as if we were beggars. The lady working there was the most rude staff of them all. She deserves to be admitted to some mental institution. After the SEBI action, on many occasions, office seen shut at Kochi. No Tele calls answered. Investors at risk.

My daughters application for PAN submitted with wrong data entry. Even spelling mistake in the Name. Response very poor as if we committed the mistake of going to KARVY for submitting the application. Worst customer care.
