I have booked creta on 12 Sep 2020 after getting assurance from entire sales team (CRM Anu, ASM Reji and Sales executive Yadhu Krishnan) that with in 60 days I will get my vehicle. In Nov Mr Reji has promised me to deliver vehicle in Feb 2021 and thereafter CRM Anu has given written assurance to give vehicle by May 2021 but no one had kept their words and I got a call from CRM Anu in Apr that your booking is canceled and you can take your refund. Now I have no option and I have spoken to Hyundai regional office and a special allocation for creta was given to VTJ Hyundai in end Apr 2021but again as usual till Mid Jun they have not made my booking. Mr Somnath (GM Sales) was also contacted in this manner but Now it was clear that they are not interested in giving vehicle to CSD persons and making fake promises. Finally my booking was shifted to Popular Hyundai and I got my creta in Jun 2021 after 10 months of waiting in between prices have hiked and features of creta base model was reduced. I will never ever recommend anyone to book vehicle through VTJ Hyundai.

It is like after 3 months long wait and email complain for nil communication by staff and no updates. I got my vehicle and that also making me run at RTO office on day of delivery (also was my bday). Mental harassment for delivery delay and response and nil person asked for a glass of water for long 6 hrs wait at showroom (waiting with family).

The worst Hyundai service center. I gave my car for service last week and the entire service costs - 4,200 INR. They havent done a single work on the car.They said brake has been overhauled but the braking is same as how I have given. The same with car interior and exterior conditions. There was dirt on the car before giving for service and the same was there after they hand over the car. Their response was washing is complementary and cleaning may not be that effective; though they charged you 500 already for cleaning in the bill.If you ask any questions to them, they will throw all technical jargons and try to deviate away from your question that do not make any logical and common sense.I gave to VTJ, Kundanoor since VTJ Kakkanad provided good service.This service center is to loot your hard-earned money without doing anything.I bet their 4+ ratings are purchased one.Stay away from them. It is better to give to local workshop and than giving it to them.I regret for wasting my hard earned money to these useless guys.

It was a delightful experience for us to be part of VTJ Hyundai family. Hands off to the entire team ,specially Reji Skariah(ASM) . The entire team gave us good memories to cherish starting with unveiling of the car, cake cutting and warm customer service. Big thanks to Mr.Reji, Lipin and team.

I booked Creta EX D on 26 March. Based on their written commitment the vehicle was supposed to be delivered on 15 April and for that they made me transfer full amount (10.5 lakhs) on 29 March. Till now there is no update on delivery or there is no update on VIN number too. When I call VTJ Hyundai for updates, ASM and the showroom people are not picking the call.. See, they havent responded to this query here as well..

Totally worst experience in my entire life.. no-one is responsible for their duties, including managers. I will never suggest vtj Hyundai maradu showroom.

The worst veh workshop, with very poor customer service. After taking appointment and given a timing of 0830h, nobody attended till 0915h. The person disappeared on the pretext of a meeting and kept me sitting for two hours, after which I was told we do not have the required part. Pathetic condition of the workshop, it is run like fish market. I will request all motor lovers, please beware, Hyundia is using max Chinese spare parts in their cars in India, and the supply has stopped, so no spares are there with either VTJ Motors nor Popular Motors. The Hyundia company is cheating Indians by selling cheap cars using sub standard spares. Please do not buy their cars.

Good servicing and interaction of the staffs of VTJ Hyundai service. Went to take my friends car yesterday, the way they describe each and every problem of the car and they will describe how they attended it. And they described how to avoid the same problemsnin future. Overall satisfied with their service.

Poor customer management, they dont have number to connect to spare parts department, when call on the number provided on Google, theyll will ask you to call on another number, when you call again on the number they provided, other end will give you back the same number you called first 🙏

Writing a small gratitude note to Mr. Sanjay and other supporting staff for ensuring super fast delivery. I have paid the booking amount on 9th January and Boom..!! the new vehicle is ready for delivery in just two weeks.. That too I could see the board in the show room says the booking period as 8 to 12 weeks time.Also, happy with overall experience with Sanjay from sales, Jaison & Dominic from H-promise, Nidheesh for banking docs and Sujith for explaining & setting up the car features. Very bad after sales customer caring

Service is pathetic. Its being 2 months since we have booked the car. Even thier customer service is also not good. We tried to contact them to enquire about it but they response was so harsh. Anyone is opting to buy a hyundai car think twice before you do so.

I came there for steering overhauling work. Everything was done in two days time. Only bad thing I felt is, a hospital emergency came a few hours after I gave the vehicle for service then I asked them whether I can bring back the vehicle after one day then they said I have to pay the estimation charge 450Rs! Then I asked about what If I do the work there after 1 day? The reply was same, the money for the estimation wouldnt get refunded!!!From here I wrote after reading your reply and changed the rating to one. THAT IS WHAT I MENTIONED FIRST. I ASKED SERVICE ADVISER WHETHER I WOULD GET THE REFUND FOR DIAGNOSING CHARGE IF I COME BACK AND DO THE SUGGESTED WORK HERE IN 1 OR 2 DAYS TIME, the reply was simply NO! I didnt want to waste money for that. I had no other choice so let you guys finish the work.

1.Miss information: The point of contact Yadhu Krishna (VTJ Hyundai Ernakulam Maradu) hurried the payment giving mis information that the car we wanted was available. After making the payment there was no information from him regarding the status of the car. We had to make a follow up call to find out the status of the car at which point he says the car that we wanted in the colour that we wanted was not available. Note, this information was given to us after we called him. When we asked him why he did not inform us prior to making payment, he mentioned that he was on leave and that he was informed the colour was available. How can there be such miscommunication? This can be very much a blatant lie considering the interactions we have had with Yadhu. Very much looks like he was trying to meet the month’s target by making us pay ASAP and not providing reliable information.Finally, we had to agree on a different colour based on the availability. All this happened post the payment being made. Why was all this not mentioned while sitting on my head for making immediate payment ? As of today, the car is yet to be transported from Chennai.2. No follow up calls post payment: After making the payment there was no follow up calls whatso ever regarding the status of the car delivery, till we called him like mentioned above.3. Yadhu Krishna being very unprofessional: From the above it is clear how unprofessional of an employee Yadhu Krishna is. When representing a brand, the employees behaviour reflects on the brand as well.4. Loyalty bonus: Been customer of Hyundai for the past 15 years and we were informed that brand loyalty bonus was not applicable for certain cars. Then what is the purpose of a BRAND loyalty bonus?

I booked the new Creta 2020 through them, though I had options of going with a few other Hyundai dealers In Cochin, I chose VTJ due to the prompt response from VTJ team with Test drives and overall response from the staff. The pre-delivery support was very good, the car got delivered super quick and Im very happy about it. The delivery was also special and the senior Management of the Dealer were present, they were very welcoming with a custom Cake and the delivery function was well organised. They took special care to follow all the COVID-19 protocols and that made the occasion very secure and comfortable.
