Bought an LG Microwave from SG Electronia in 2018. When the Microwave stopped working I contacted Santosh from SG Electronia and he was very helpful. Santosh arranged LG technician to come the next day and they changed the inverter under warranty at no cost. Great after sales service from Santosh.

LG products too costly

Not good experience.Bought LG fridge and microwave oven. The price was high. The startup kit of oven was replaced with that of IFB without asking me. I learnt only after I called them. The Bajaj guy sitting there was not also good in handling customers. Overall experience was bad. Only reason I purchased the fridge was the colour. The colour I chose was not available in other shops. A friend who came with me wanted to buy a fridge for him but he decided not to buy from there.

Shop is good, Price was good but no installation on promised date , if that cant do it they should not say next day installation. had to call lg to get it done .
