A very healthy environment where I as a patient felt at home with the doctor devoted to service, very informative with technology, very concerned with patient polite and loving. Staff very cooperative give a feeling of family, clean environment very safe for stay. A good attention to all the need of the patient and caretaker. Staff is terrible, they do not respect someones time. I waited for 2 hours to get my tests done, I had some other appointments so I asked the staff to handover my reports so that I will come some other day for doctors consultation, but they refused to give my reports so that when I will come again I will have to pay the consultation fee again. This is the worst medical care center I have ever seen. Staff is rude, not supportive at all. Google is not allowing me to mark them in negative otherwise I have definitely done that.

One of the worst customer care I have ever faced. i and my family was a regular customer of VASAN EYE CARE. But the last few days experience ( especially with the front reception and the staff ) made it the worst. I being a Doctor will never recommend this center to anyone I know.

Vasam eye care Now requires a renovation in every aspects.The infrastructure of the said institution lost all its pomp and spleandeour and look like shaby .... Immediate painting isna must. The elgence which we expect from the brand is not at all provided in any manner. Parking space is always an issue here.

Very Pathetic and unsatisfactory service from Vasan. Went there to check my eye power and consult a doctor to get suggestion for contact lens. After all the registration process and testing they are saying that auditing is going on so I wont get a contact lens trial there. Without even getting a trial how can I order a 4k worth lens blindly. When I again asked for trial they gave me single lens with some other power and told me to use this for 1/2 days. It was a completely different power and they said to use the same single lens on the other eyes after sometime. Simply cheating people. I am still not sure why the doctor prescribed a 320Rs costing eye solution for me. I just went there to check my eye power.

Vasan is a good firm in eye care but in their thevara clinic some of the staff are lier especially in the optical section. They were sold some fake lens and make unauthorised bill for those products..If you purchase lens or frame from there Plese ensure that the product is the genuine one..Thanks you ...

FAKE LENS IN VASAN EYE CAREHere I’m writing this to inform about cheating which happens to me from VASAN EYE CARE shop at near Cochin Shipyard branch. On 30/11/2017 I have checked my eyes (MRD 203951) in vasan eye care and doctor prescribed me to wear a specs. Then I ordered for Crizal Lens (UV Protected & Scratch Proof) Essilor Company and 2800/- were payed at the time of delivering. But, the received lens was fake (No FOG ID & Authenticity Card) what I was recommended and also they give a non computerized bill. Now, I lost trust and hope towards Vasan Eye Care, I will not prefer my family, friends & colleagues to Vasan Eye Care. Please do the necessary actions to this issue and it will never happens to the future customer.Note:- For verification I checked the lens from a reputed company (To prove the fake lens that you supplied).
