The waiting time was minimal. The clinic seems to follow a systematic process. The doctor was friendly and appears to be competent. It deserves 4 stars, except for one big problem. The medicines prescribed were too costly.

We are consulting Dr. Preethi since she was practicing in St.John hospital, Bangalore, its more than 6 -8years. Consulted Dr. Preethi for my pigmentation issue. she suggested glycolic peel and blood test. Did the test and glycolic peel for 6 sitting. day by day my face became more worse. Even after 1 peel when i saw the negative affect i informed it. but nothing happened. After each sitting she asked me to by new creams which was very costly and the same was not affective to me. After 6 the peel, informed the same to the doctor and she asked me to stop the peel and gave me vitamin c serum, which gave me reverse affect. Lost more than 8000 RS from my pocket and now my skin in worse condition. She also asked me to take glutathione and by gods grace i didnt agree to it. Very much disappointed.

Dr.Johny Chacko is amazing...great attitude from reception staff as well.Recently I came across a small manufacturing defect with an ointment tube and I was offered a replacement or full refund in no time even though I reported it few days after the purchase.I mentioned this incident because you don’t get such good response for all your concerns in any other clinic.I did recommend this place to few friends of mine and all of them are fully satisfied.I can assure you one thing...it’s worth the money you pay.

Hello Twacha skincare clinic,, i am the same person, sree.(arsha.) since I am not able to comment more than once from the same, i am posting my comment from this id(personal id).Yesterday my friend and I came to clinic.Dr prescribed the medicines , we bought that and we reached room only then we understood that one of the content is cream .since that tube is not sealed(tube with simple cap only, no other sealing) we just pressed it and understood it was a cream based medicine. We returned it without even touching the cream with our hands.We returned to the clinic within 15 minutes.We told the staff the reason for returning the medicine, my friend told the staff that cream based medicine was earlier used and she had a bad allergic reaction using it , she also said that the doctor which she have consulted earlier also advised her not to use any creamy product on face and during the consultation she have already informed the doctor(Dr preethi) about the allergic nature of the skin, So either give a product with gel content or take this product back. Then Doctor came and informed us that this was not possible if you have no use then give it to your friends or family. what kind of ethics is this from the doctors side , there was no need for her to instruct on what to do with it, if shes not taking it back its ok..Also the reply given to me in the 1st review is wrong, its not an used product as we came to know that it was a cream based product before even using the product.The product is worth 999 rs ,and money is important to everyone.note the point-> Patient has already informed that creamy product was not suitable then why did doctor still prescribe that? Dont have time to waste over this, sorry, because of yesterdays experience we are not at all satisfied with your behavior and service. Hope u too understand this. Thank you.

The clinic is great. Dr. Johny was very kind and peaceful. He explained everything about the medicine, both the merits and demerits. Also, he explained very well about the condition of illness.The treatment was also very effective. The clinic seems crowded at times. You could also book an appointment via the Practo app. An earlier appointment would be better if you dont like long waits.

This people are not good dont go here she will send you to her husband dr jonny chako kinder multispeciality hospital. and they made my sister eat high dose medicines and do expensive culture . They have no medical knowledge of dermatology this is a typical money making organisation.They will threaten you with defamation if we say anything.We can also file case with Indian medical council for giving unwanted medicines. So dont be afraid to speak out .

I consulted Dr Preeti Nagaraj at twacha skin clinic at padmughal..After primary checking she redirected me to do some tests at Kinder hospital where her husband works.. He taken my samples for the KOH test and also convinced me to go for a expensive culture also whose results will be available after a month. He also assured me that he will be communicating my KOH results with his wife.So I consulted the same doctor again after few days and they said the test results are positive and she gave me high dose medicine for that.I continued taking the medicine...I completed 3 courses and even after that since I couldnt find any difference in my situation I consulted her again stating the same.and she said then we have to revisit the diagnosis. That time I remembered the nail culture I have given and collected the reports.. I was shocked seeing the results...in that I could find both the culture and KOH results are negative.. I dont really understand why these doctors lied to me and made me eat also those heavy dose medicines.... I dont recommend this hospital...they are only business oriented.

I consulted Dr. Johny Chacko. The doctor is very keen and explains about everything in detail.My years long struggle with pimples is finally resolved. He prescribes only those medicines that are needed. The medicines are quite expensive but worth the result. Book an appointment (practo app can be used) to avoid waiting in queue.

It was a lady doctor who didnt even care to hear all the issues!!! And the medicines given never helped too!! Dont know for wat are we giving them the consultation fee!

To be frank, I have never seen such a doctor. He is so kind. He is treating his patients very nicely and clearly explaining the reason for the cause of disease and prescribing proper medicines.

Not satisfired. Medicines given never helped. I met doctor multiple times, the ointment kept on changing and bought every time and medicine cost and payment everytime and medicine did not help also. I had to meet another hospital and recovered in a week time.

Diagnosis was excellent. Dr. Johny Chacko prescribes only very essential medicines. Very caring and supportive.

Unreliable and unprofessional .. I started with skin treatment 3 days ago , I was told to come back today morning for next phase , I came to the clinic this morning from Kottayam , door is locked , called the clinic number and was informed that clinic will not be open this morning . I asked if I can come in evening , I was told that they are fully booked , but I can sit around and see . There are 3 doctors in this clinic. If one doctor cannot make it because of personal reason, isnt it professional for another doctor to cover. Or at least call the patient and inform . Our time is also valuable . I had informed before starting the treatment that I am on a 2 wks vacation, and need to finish treatment in 2 wks span . As a doctor myself , I find this truly unprofessional and unethical . Now I need to find another place to finish the treatment in a weeks span .

Fake doctors.Hi all please dont get cheated by them. both the doctors prescribe same medicine which they stock there for almost all the patients.also dont opt for skin peeling there.

First of all I would like to thank Dr Johny Chacko for curing my skin problem. The itching started in my left legs foot first, then to the back side of my foot and later it goes up in a linear way upto my whole leg. I first went to a famous skin clinic at Kakkanad, but the doctor doesnt know what it is and he mis-judged the problem and frighten me. He also asked me to take a blood test in the night @ Hi-tech lab palarivattam.. At that time I just heard about Twacha Skin clinic and booked an appointment. They first told it is impossible to see the doc that day as all the bookings are filled.But they understood my pathetic situation and gave me an appointment in the evening. In the first sight itself Dr Johny Chacko understood what the decease is and he also adviced me not to take any blood test, as he is damn sure what it is. He gave me med for 2 weeks and after the first day itself I felt relief from my itching and after 1 week itself it stopped completely. I would like to say a 1000 thanks to him and also decided to wrote my experience as a review , if it is cured completely.
