Purchasing a car through this dealership was better than a cool breeze on a sultry day. Id like to specially mention Mr Shyam Kumars unending efforts in trying his best to satisfy the customer(me) despite the lockdown and restrictions imposed due to COVID-19. He definitely went out of his way to offer help and assistance whenever called and was always prompt and courteous. I can definitely say that by the end of the process he was more of a friend than a company representative which is what you expect when you make an investment that large. Had very good experience buying my Ecosport Titanium from here. The salesman attended me was Shyam and he was very helpful in the entire process. Had very good time at showroom during each of my visits, for enquiry, booking and delivery. They brought car for test drive at our place early morning as requested. A few things could have improved though. There was a bit of delay after full payment was made causing delay in obtaining temp permit. The guy explaining the car features to me was in a rush to deal with other cars ready for delivery, which means I was left with little understanding about a few features and I had to go through the manual to use them on my first ride. Another con was they didnt provide one of the free accessory they offered during the delivery. Hopefully theyll keep the promise later. Lastly, they could have cleaned the car a little more as there were sticky marks of stickers which werent thoroughly removed. Overall it was a decent experience unlike a few other tata showrooms we went for enquiry regarding Nexon.Edit: 2 Weeks into the purchase now. Aftersales experience isnt as good. Delay, lack of response / not keeping the promise, wastage of time, all starting to show up from various ends. - 1 *Edit:Again -1 * for going back from promises again and again. Kind of cheating.. Wont recommend to anyone.. Ecosport is a great car. But this dealership isnt worth recommending to anyone. Think twice, thrice and more before going forward with any offers they make.

According to revised process of vehicle registration, my vehicle Regn No. was alloted from RTO prior to delivery, entire process was done from the end of Kairali Ford Edappally in a smooth manner. I express my appreciation towards the dedication shown by Mr.Shyam Kumar in delivering my vehicle driven by him to Kairali Ford Thrissur as per my convenience, despite of non- availability of drivers due to lock down restriction during this pandemic period. I booked a vehicle on last month - March 2021. At the time of booking they guaranteed the delivery of vehicle before April 15th. But now they are telling they cant deliver vehicle on April and they are not sure even they can deliver on may or not. Now I am getting a worst customer service from their end.

All the major vehicles are there in the showroom to see and identify the vehicle. We done the test drive as well in 10 minutes. Then also I got good satisfaction with the executive.
