NO NO NO !!!You will become their GUINEA PIG !!I visited this clinic after reading reviews from Google. Here is my experience:First visit: I visited for tooth extraction of decayed tooth. After explaining the procedure, I was prepared for the same. Doctor was very confident and said it is very simple tooth extraction. After operating for an hour(unable to extract properly), another doctor took over. Even he was unable to do. So he said we will try after few days.Second visit: New Doctor arrives. Started operating. Was able to remove tooth, but it was very painful experience. Stitching was done for better recovery.Third visit: No doctor available. The nurse took over. After checking for two minutes said everything was fine. All stitches removed. It will heal on its own.But to my surprise I started feeling uncomfortable after a few days. After few days on close inspection I found that one of stitches was still there and was NOT removed. Chance of getting infection was possible(see photograph).Fourth visit: Yet some NEW doctor arrives and apologizes for same, saying this is normal and nothing will happen :( :(Now you see... It is just like a barber shop, where any doctors arrives operate on hourly basis collect their pay and leaves. No body cares about patients. Thanks to careless nurses (who seemed permanent employees) that stitches are left and you are unaware. (Now I firmly believe those news of doctors FORGETTING the PAIR OF SCISSORS inside stomach of patient )________________xxx______________VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

My daughter was very anxious about the procedures , But Dr. Anisha and Dr.Neethu were very caring and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down. Ive had a great experience with Smile Kochi. I went in with a severe pain which doctors I had previously met said that it was due to a cracked tooth but then a friend suggested I meet Dr. Anisha at Smile Kochi and after her examination it was found that I needed a good canal procedure. As someone immensely terrified of pain, Dr. Anisha explained me the whole process and I became confident that I could survive the pain very soon. The whole team has given me strength throughout my procedure and I definitely recommend everyone to visit the clinic for all their dental issues. Kudos to the team and wishing them good luck! Will visit again next time when I have a root canal.

Went in to get my fillings redone and it all went smoothly, proper protocol seemed to have been followed and the procedure rooms were very hygienic. Dr. Parvathy was very clear with me and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them. I will be going to them for any other Dental services in the future.Note: You can pay by UPI and it is about 15 mins walk from Metro (Palarivattom). Not much Parking so do keep that in mind if youre going by car.

Ive visited so many dental clinics before but i was scared of the procedures and was not convinced with the consultation. Finally i visited smile kochi dental clinic and that was the best decision. Root canal treatment was very comfortable for me. My case was little difficult because of my less mouth opening but they handled it very well. Nice ambience and very friendly doctors. I tried for an appointment at this clinic and was given a Google form which asked for way too much personal information. For example1. Full Dob(when commonly docs only asks for age)2. Aadhar number(god only knows why they want Aadhar number)3. Passport details ???4. Upload a passport size photo and an id proof ????Im wondering what statutory guideline mandates someone to provide all these details for a dental checkupAnd on asking why I should be providing all these details the reply given wasWe are not here to convince you of anythinig.Any person who checks into a guest house or a hotel or hospital are supposed to provide their identification details. This is all we have asked for. Thank youSo I went ahead and asked for cancellation. Thats why name is not there in the op list .

This place a great combination of exemplary service and courteous staff.I wasnt fully prepared to get treated when i first went to the clinic owing to post treatment apprehension and other constraints around treatment timeline etc. Dr Anisha has been very kind in accommodating my needs while not compromising on the treatment.
