A very dis organised company. I have dealt with Bajaj finance and they were pure. They send me a message your EMI is due, the funds are there are they said they cant withdraw it. They make you run around for no reason.. very poor service...never recommend

Worst bank ever... Please dont trust them. We lost too much money. And we were cheated by them. They even forged the signature of the customer in the agreement. Only after receiving it at home we knew about it. We were asked to pay EMI to close the loan.

While loan approval i got a text msg that they will deduct Rs.1209 from my account, but these people start deducting Rs.1432 from my account and when i contacted the customer care they were not responding properly and they keep on waiting me on phone till i disconnect the call...

Need some improvements in applications and please provides more details to the customer about the loan status (including opening & closing terms).

The bank has employees who do not even take a phone call. It is better to avoid this bank if there is a fulfillment. Does this bank have an office? Many noses are sucked off.

Sir,I approached an executive for a loan. The name was Dileesh. At first he was very decent. Then he made hdb not enough manapuram loan ready and I was ok .. He said he could pay the app for 2500 rupees. And he paid for it. And then I have to struggle to buy that penny. Dont forgive the thieves like him.
