Do not dye your fabric here. I went there to buy a dupatta and they convinced me that they can dye it for me. But the product was extremely disappointing and they charged a huge sum of money too.. You would think, running a boutique, they would have some sense as to what go with what, but they dont. Plus, their stuff is expensive compared to other well known textiles. Ive never regretted going into a shop more than this.

The whole experience with level 10 was awesome and they have a huge variety of collection of duppatta. The staff dealing was also nice and well mannered

They have a wide range of cloth collections which is fairly priced. Staff also very well mannered and friendly. They help to choose the right fabric based on our needs.

After crawling through every big showrooms and the malls, Level 10 had the best saree collection. Probably not meant for very special exquisite and extravagant wedding attires. Has amazing variety of special sarees for your special occasions. Very friendly staff too..

Customer service is pathetic, went here on 25 September 2015, and the store was reasonably empty. Still the store people done have time to attend to the customer. In fact, one of the store guys tells us to search for a product that we wanted by ourselves, the cheek of him. Customer service is the most important thing when you have a shop, and I would recommend you to visit only if you want to be treated like a beggar. Pained! But I bet kochi has much better shops than this one with a little less grumpy sales team.
