I have purchased a unit two year back from this builder which is at chalikkavattom and name is Avonlea, they are not completed any of their promises. No proper kseb/Kwa connection. Not yet completed registration due to land conversion . Not yet rcvd occupancy certificate. So many excuses are listening from the date of staying for the delay of kseb/ Kwa/registration/ land conversion/parking. Now I understand that it has not going to be close very soon because now a days no-one will attend clients call. All are handled by leagal advocate. So pls re-think about your investment. I already trapped.

The property I bought was from a resale unit. I stayed in a flat for quite sometime and was not comfortable for the reason that it did not have a proper play area. I opted for Sanam Villa due to the reason that the projected play area was of a decent size. But instead of the proposed play area, builder has built one in an area which is of no use. I feel the decision taken to buy this property was a great mistake. I am totally dissapointed with the builder.

Hi Im from alapuzha..I planned to buy a villa of zanam tac.then came at the villa.and talked with the house owners..then I understood that they are not happy with that project.one of the resident owner is saying they are cheated by promising play area for kids..and also I could understand there is a legal battle going on between residents and villa owners..so Im very disappointed from the experience of house owners. So I leave my plan for buying the project.Thank you..

The relationship with builder has not been good since last few months. They have not kept the promises as stated during the sales process. During our first site visit, the sales representative showed us 4 cents of land as play area and now they have set up a play area in a plot which is less than one cent. There are around 20 children residing presently in the villa project and they do not have a proper play area. I decided to buy the proprrty taking into consideration the Builders promises. But i feel cheated and my kids (aged 2.5 and 8 ) play in open spaces as the current play area set up is not safe at all. So in case if anyone is planning to buy a Villa at Unitacs SANAM VILLAS , think twice before you get into an agreement and i suggest you speak with the residents here.
