Unfortunatly bought a villa at Andoorkonam MPS Apstone. They collected money and left project incomplete. The unfortunates who got their homes done have to suffer due to poor construction resulting in frequent power issues due to poor wiring, leaking walls, leaking switch boards and pergolas.Worst experience with a very unprofessional builder. Now engaged in a legal dispute. Beware.

I bought a villa in Andoorkonam MPS Apstone. These guys promise a lot, even the heavens, but never keep their promises. Their work is shoddy and the project is incomplete. But they are expert in demanding money. If you want to know about them, please come and meet the unfortunate customers who bought the villas from them and started staying in the villas and then decide for yourself. Around 15 people are staying in these almost finished villas. You can met any of them and know for yourself about these guys.

Aambiance, a project locates in a most ideal locality in Tripunithura. Seems an ideal home for a middle income person and it offers value for money
