I contacted KJA&Sons based on their reviews for renovation works in my house. I had a ton of unprofessional workers and even contractors previously, so I was extremely skeptical at first. First, Mr. KJ Augustine connected me to Mr Kishore from Hermetic Solutions that took care of the leak proofing in our house. As it is an older house, new problems popped up here and there and they dealt with it very professionally. Moreover they were always ready to answer all of my doubts and questions regarding the works. I was very satisfied with their job. For the amount of work the price was quite reasonable too. Later KJ Augustine got the job of renovating the sit out and car porch done as well. It looks great and I am happy. The fabricators did a good job. There were a few unfortunate misunderstandings during the process of renovating between the workers and us and Mr KJ Augustine dealt with it the best way possible. The painters were a bit slow in my opinion, but they did a good job and I value precision.

I came in contact with KJA & Sons on account of redoing of a fish pond that existed in my garden. They did a decent job very cost effectively without causing damages to my fishes. In the process an external filter was installed to keep the water in the pond clear. After a while however, cleanness of water couldnt be maintained because of inadequate size of the filter. I forgot about it and ignored because it was long since they did the job. But Tony on a routine visit to check working of the system noticed the inadequacy. The company, without even my asking replaced the entire filter assembly with a larger unit, 4 feet long, with imported types of filtering media. The system now works perfectly well trouble free.My intention of writing this experience is to indicate the commitment the company has shown towards the work did by them. Engineer Tony, the force behind, and his father, also a retired engineer from govt. of Kerala are highly professional and good to deal people. Without a doubt on my mind I would recommend KJA & Sons to anybody those who are in need of the multiple services they provide.George Philip

I had been looking for a garden lighting solution for my small garden. As the ambiance was rustic, I wanted to have something in stone or terra-cotta as the material for the light shades. After a lot of research I found a local supplier for stone garden lights and got a quote from them. But to finalize the deal, there was a lot of lax from his end that I was frustrated and started looking online and came up on KJA& Sons site. I picked the contact in Kochi and called Tony, the voice behind the phone.From the point of the first conversation to the last point of installation, it was a great pleasure to deal with them. They collected the designs and kept the conversation going, giving me options after options and when I gave the designs I was looking for, gave a quote which was much below what I had received from the previous vendor. When the products looked great in pictures, (They shared real pictures from locations) I was not sure the final product will meet my expectations. In between Tony had been updating me of the progress, apologizing for any small delay caused (The first version they made had some issue so they did not want to deliver it and started from scratch) The item was shipped with two of their workers who were cordial and genuine to the core who came and installed the product at the premise.
