I just come across the review posted by one of the clients of Greenlands. It is unfortunate that the occurrence might be happened.Since 2014 I have been dealing with Greenland and the person who steering the business, what he said in his statement, some jot is quite right / acceptable as he said “attract the client with 3rd drawing and promising of best quality and best material on his agreement before work starts” which the Greenland keen to keep their promises which bounded with the dweller within the scope of works. As I have many properties development projects and programs by mine and my associates, yet there haven’t any such incidences or misdemeanor occurred till this scribble.However, thereto be agreements to do the course of job between the contractor and end user, we never encountered such points noted in the review and which is not at par with the business endeavor such Green Land Builders & Developers.

As I had seen the review of Shibu, I decided to share my experience. We built our dream home with Greenland builders in 2015. This was our first time building and thought the whole process would be a little daunting but Greenland made the whole experience from start to finish a complete joy.We were able to come up with the perfect design. We were impressed that our ideas were very carefully considered and incorporated where possible.We built in a new subdivision and the plans were approved and construction started soon after registration of the land.We were also highly impressed with the construction time period and level of finishes in the home.I cant speak highly enough of this builder and if we are able to build another property, we will definitely go back to Greenland builders.

Very ill-responsible person . attract the client with 3rd drawing and promising of best quality and best material on his agreement before work starts to win client trust but after receiving 100% Amount from client he never respond the client and .demand more amount then agreement signedHe never provide any 2d draw never give any proper estimation to any client simply he demand moreMoney by saying he is in loss by doing this project .and if client resist he stop the work After huge Amount of advance taken from client . He never feels guilty by keeping projects incomplete.I am one of his victims he committed work on amount based on agreement ofrs 1050000(only for demolition and structural , electrical and plumbing work) but even after receivingrs 1200000 from us not even completed electrical and plumbing work. Drop the work incompletein saying the word he is not interesting on this site .If pay more the we think else check some body else .
