Recently watched a youtube video by the channel Start Deal where couple of apartments were showcased for sale. It is really surprising to see that there is almost no natural light inside these units during daytime and it appears there is a significant flaw in the design.

I had been to DLF Riverside couple of months back. Project seems to be fine and the location is very serene. Well maintained lobbies and common areas. Officials whom I met were very courteous and helpful. A nice project indeed.

This is one of the worst managed apartment complexes in Cochin. I am one of the owners of this so called luxury apartment. They will entice you with all the sweet promises prior to signing the agreement. Once you sign the contract and pay, the management will NEITHER return your calls / emails NOR rectify any issues with the apartment and the buyer / owner will have to do it all by themselves to fix those issues. BUYER BE AWARE.

Project is so good with lowest density . It is clear in all aspects with crz clearance

One day this will also get a fortune like H20 or Golden Kayaloram or Alpha Serene.. all Illegal buildings must be turned to rubbles... Environment must be protected
