Really a bad vibe from customers helper to cash billing counter no one is responsible for getting the job done by the customers. My personal experience was like this. This morning I have went by 8:30am and 9:14am I have bought only one product after seeing there non helpful manners.

The place is bit cramped, but good for a quick erand run

If you compare with other reliance Fresh store, its comparatively small. But they have all the items in there bucket. Customer service is ok. Need to improve billing system. They dont have gpay or any other UPI payment options. Only cash or card is acceptable now. Hope they will improve in mean time.(Reliance Fresh is the convenience store format which forms part of the retail business of Reliance Industries of India under its subsidiary Reliance Retail Limited.)

Nice Store and reasonable price.pls provide Google pay for payment.

Staff at this place are super active in forcing customers to buy products according to their wishes. Customers should have freedom to choose products as per their wish.

Good reliance fresh facility with all the items including plenty of fruits and vegetables options. Two counters for billing are also there. However parking facility is the major problem here and you have to really room around!!

I have been a Jiomart customer for about one year. I havent had any complains till one month back. Because till one month back, I was getting deliveries from Thevara Store.But ever since I have moved to Kakkanad, I have been getting deliveries from this store. The delivery is pathetic!!! Im being kind in giving one starThey are always delayed, they take 2 days and they dispatch at 6.30 PM, Grab ppl turn up with delivery at close to 9.30PM!!I had one package delivered with my bill, but items all belonging to someone elses. This is the worse service ever.The delivery guy already told that I might have items missing. But the entire delivery getting messed up like this is a bit low even for reliance, right?This is pathetic service.

Even though located in the busiest area Toll Jn, the store is very very congested and with new JiO Store addition, they r even reducing store size by 60% ....so, wont prefer this place anymore...billing also mostly problematic....Their are few good Boys(staffs) who r very helpful

Very worst customer care experience.u r not suppose to enter the shop when it is open for customers.all of them are busy in stacking.if they have this much of stacking work then they should announce open time after stacking.They wont help in anything at that time and if u want to select items also it will be very difficult for you to access items since the pathway to racks will be fully filled with incoming products which has to be stacked.Very hard attitude staffa to deal with.Even if u give suggestion to the manager he will laugh at u when u moved on.i noticed the same during last visit when it happen with another customer.

Great place for marketing, quick work

It used to be very nice/ clean and well organised before but now its not upto the mark.there are only 1 or 2 staff who is helpful.vegetables are not very fresh.there are not much options for cool soft beverages ...all are room temperature..like mazza,lassi etc...

The attitude of the security is so bad. He thinks that he is the owner of the shop. Very worse experience from the security. The other staffs are friendly. Almost all grocery items and other stuffs are available. It is a very small shop.

Customers need to wait long for billing. Obsolete computers in use. No Manager to oversee. No other shops in vicinity and can witness how bad private monopoly is.

Fruits shall be bought from A/C shops to get the real taste. Sunlight and sunrays damage fruits in the street shops. Super markets normally gives very good discount on some items. These are the two things attract me to supermarkets but irregularly. We should buy from small shops regularly to help the large public to keep the nation economically healthy..

This is a mini sized reliance outlet but enough to accommodate around 15 customers at time beyond this you would feel cramped.

Good place to buy groceries.. u can get all fresh vegetables and daily used house hold items with good discount price and offers. All the items are in retail price and less crowded than Lulu hypermarket. There is a sufficient parking space too and staff is very helpful.

Best shop for buying Grocery near Edappaly Toll. Same as all other Reliance Fresh, this one has good discount on your daily needs.Vegetables are good but fruits are not that fresh.Dairy items are also available.Parking facilities available.Counter service is quick.

Freshness is in name only, not in vegetables and fruits. Lacks adequate number of counter staff, which forces you to remain in queue for long for billing, even if the daily footfalls are less. Though it is a reasonably good grocery shop situated at a prominent place and ideal for quick shopping, lack of staff snatches the happiness of shopping from you. Better to be there in the morning for vegetables and fruits, as the replenishments are not done in the afternoon.

Its a bit small compared to other supermarkets.. still you can find almost everything here

I used to visit this shop for last few years for monthly provisions, and however have decided not to go there in future.Not satisfied with their packing and customer servicing as I have lost around 2kgs of rice which was bought in loose and as I was placing it in the auto hired the packet got teared and rice started falling. I ran back to the shop for a help and nobody was paying attention and then I requested for a kit and finally got one and had to help myself out.I talked to a person who seemed to be the manager and his attitude was even surprising.Will not go there even by mistake.
