Excellent customer service and competitive pricing too.Sales rep was very patient and has good knowledge about any products you ask about in the shop. He was too good in comparing the features, facilities & device configurations. Overall good experience.Note: This was my 4th mobile shop visit today before purchasing one from them and like evryone else, they too had the tendency to promote vivo & oppo phones, unlike others, in a much better presentation. ;-)

This is the worst mobile and tablet repairing shop I have ever come across . We took there a tablet with cracked display . They said they can repair it but previously never mentioned about any frame problem . After they fixed and gave it to the display wasn’t even fully fixed inside the tablet and it was all popping out. It was done so carelessly and glued all over just so that they could say it was repaired . But we went there again and talked about this . These guys didn’t even accept the fact that they couldn’t repair it well but rather was blaming it over the tablet . They said it was a problem of frame so we asked to change the frame and see if you guys can fix this better than this . But these guys had some excuses again and said that it will be the same . Moreover They charged it with full amount without even trying or giving any refunds . Who ever is seeing this I request not to hand over your tablet or mobile phones to this shop and not to trust these guys !

Highly unprofessional. Expect worst customer care, particularly post purchase. They will misguide you, in case of exchange or you want to upgrade your phone. Check in the my galaxy app or similar apps before you approach them. Specifically promised that a case will be provided in a couple of days, but once one have purchased the mobile, now I have visited the shop thrice, it seems they wont have it anyone soon.

I bought a hp laptop from the ekm mg road shop ,as per hp community within 7days of purchase you will get extra warranty i tried to register my details with the shop details it shows they are not authorised seller.i lost the warranty offer .when i ask them they told me to come after onam n they said they will find me a solution.i visited them 4 times but still no solution from them.and the staff behavioir went bad like its all my problem.i request all to not take any laptop from them

Good collection, good service. But it is pathetic to note that they will charge you, if you are paying through card ! It is really surprising to note that, the giant in cell phone market, is not able to accomodate the credit cards and debit cards. The advantage from buying these type of shops is you will get service very quickly, eventhough the price is little bit higher
