2 times i went to Kadavanthra f1 info for apple service,their service to customers was very good.they are authorised service centre of apple
Im in a dilemma to review this. I have a fine experience with the team but my friends have bad experience from them in the Asus laptop service center.
The front desk staff is rude and not knowledgeable. The attitude is a deterrent to get your job done. Doesnt instill confidence at all. Technicians seem fine prima facie. Difficult to trust them with high end products like macbook pros for servicing. No attempt made to recover data as well. Its less of repair, more of replacement.
I went to get my m1 mac repaired from here, I was afraid they will charge me some hefty amount and ask lots of questions. But to my surprise it was one of the most pleasent and professional service experience I had recently.I got my logic board replaced for free under warranty they could have charged me citing accidental cause due to the dents in my mac but they din ask any questions and got me a new logic board and saved me quite some money.Good courteous service.
Month after I received a graphics card from Amazon it was not working so I called the service center of amazon they said send it to the nearest asus repair shop after a month or so I recieved it but it was a DDR3 version (I sended a ddr5 version for repair) so we send It back for the 2nd time after 1 and a half month (Today) i received the product and it is defective. Basically I lost money for sending courier 2 time and 2 months of my time . Avoid if possible

They are not knowledgeable. I dont think the reason that they tell about the issues is correct. I had a charging related issue which came after I upgraded to Big Sir. So I showed what was happening in a video and submitted the machine. They had told me that they will have to monitor whats the issue. After 6 days, they told me that the issue has been fixed. They had to update the firmware, thats what I have been told. They changed it to Catalina, tested and gave it me. After reaching home, I tested after upgrading the machine again to Big Sur if the issue persists. Yes its there. I called the tech guy again to inform him that the issue is there. The he told me that it could be because of logical board issue, which will cost around 60k. Is this a good troubleshooting? They have to tell if it is a software related problem or not, which they failed to do. Upon collecting machine, I reached out to my friends who have the same Mac book pro who recently updated to Big Sur to see if the issue happens in their machine. Yes, they all have the same problem. I had to find myself. How do I trust the service centre totally? We go to the authorised service centre to get the best resolution we want. What if they are not good enough to identify what problem it is? we will end up spending money for whats not worth. I lost my entire week of work and everything got delayed for nothing....
A decent service centre for Apple users. Ofcourse there are aspects that could be improved, but overall, reliable. Be ready to expect delays since the place is always crowded and the phone never stops ringing.
The person standing at the desk have a timid behaviour and has less knowledge about I phones...... because I had a issue on I phone about charge not going above 80%.they didnt knew what the problem was and they said they had to send it to Bangalore to know what the problem was.......but when I showed it at another service center...they said that it was mode in settings to sustain battery life....

I have seen mixed reviews on this centre. For me this worked really well and I appreciate the good service provided. I was having an airpod pro out of warranty, for which there had been some distortion issues. I contacted the apple care, they told me that there is a replacement plan going on for such cases and if mine belonged to that series it will be replaced FOC. The apple CC team suggested iCare their authorised service centre and I was too reluctant to go there because of the quality of behaviour their staff always maintained. Post bit of googling I found F1, I was not carrying the invoice for the airpod (First thing demanded at iCare) but they didn’t even asked for it, checking the SL No in the site they told me that they’ll check the possibilities of a replacement and it took hardly two weeks for the replacement of both the pods. The overall experience was too good in the service aspect.Only one concern is, the difficulty to reach them on phone, No mobile numbers to contact will be provided. It would have been helpful if they keep a WhatsApp number where in if a customer post the service ID they gives the status of repair.But overall its nice experience and highly recommended…
Worst customer service. No value for customers. Their attitude is as if the customers are at their mercy to get things fixed. Wonder how apple gave out service authorisations to auch unprofessional institutions.
Good . But as usual they take time for attending the service calls . Generally they wont pick up calls ( I tried 4-5 times and no answer on phone)
Very much dissatisfied by the overall experience .Team leader mr,Noufal didnt solve my issue and give instruction to client to restrict me to meet him . After the discussion with the other guy in service centre , they wont solve my issue and instruct to me file a complaint to Asus and they wont help me to find the solution . Is this an authorized centre of asus?, is how they treat their clients. Very much ashamed and feeling very irritated about the incident happened . I stopped thinking about asus because of this service centre. dont know how to deal customers , always ignoring customer. I recommend to not go to this service center.

My Macbook pro had a water spill and I gave it for repair. They charged 900 something rupees as inspection charge. Even after two weeks, I wasnt getting any updates over phone or anything, so I called them up. After repeated calls, they picked up and said that they were still working on it and would be able to deliver it the next day. I didnt get it the next day, so I went in person and this time the technician was on leave and was told that the laptop would be delivered to my home which wasnt very far by the next day. Didnt happen. I went again the next day not wanting to wait any further and this time they brought the laptop to me. I tried switching it on right there and it didnt even boot. Tried connecting a charger and still nothing. When I pointed this out, their reply was, sometimes it boots, sometimes it doesnt. The board has been affected badly and it needs to be changed for it to work in perfect condition and a new one would cost 38000 rupees.Now, if thats all they had to do, they could have inspected the laptop in a couple of days and said the same thing much earlier. This entire episode happened in a span of around twenty days or something. My laptop still doesnt work and I find it better to purchase a new one than repairing the old one with a new expensive board. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life as a customer. Never again stepping foot in there again.

Dnt ever go to this place. I have given my iphone for repair due to charging issues and its been more than a month and there is no progress. Super slow service. They wnt answer calls and makes us wait for what it seems like a lifetime.

I write these lines to express my appreciation for the recent service experience of my MacBook Pro which had black light issues for the Screen.Despite of the Covid Pandemic job restrictions I had a very pleasant and efficient service from the moment I contacted F1 Cochin to repair my screen. It was Mr. Jibosh who attended the call. He asked me to come with my MacBook. He inspected the machine and explained to me the details with great clarity. Whenever I contacted him for the details of the replacemnt he was very cordial and customer friendly. He did everything with in a short span of time and I feel immensely grateful to his efficient service. He is really a gem of the persons in your company.I will never hesitate to call again to F1 for any assistance or recommend it for somebody!I very much appreciate the attitude and efficiency of Mr. Jibosh and I am really taken by his customer friendly attitude and technical skills.
Very happy with the approach of the staff and the quality of service. My Realme X50 Pro had a software issue and they gladly re-installed the OS free of cost as the phone was still under warranty. The overall process took just under 3 hours. Pretty quick.

A very good mobile repairing center. Everything here was much more satisfiable to me.
It was fine visiting there.the service is too good in regards technically but bcos of covid protocol to get control I am asked to wait outside of the shop that is under the very hot sun.I had waited for 15 -20 min under the sun and was really tired.My suggestion is go there either in morning time or evening after 4 or 5 pm.

Suggested mother board replacement for my Apple laptop @ Rs.40000.. The same was effectively serviced at a rate of Rs. 1500/ in another service centre just 2 kms away from this place.
Think twice before going there. They will not provide any free service even device is under warranty period. They will charged huge amount. They have returned my phone after 21 days.They are treating customers like beggers. I have waited 4 hours to hand over my phone there.DONT GO THERE....

The place is bad. I mean honestly its horrible. They never update you properly or on time. The staffs are undertrained and do not even know how to write a job sheet without making an error. No parking whatsoever. I was made to wait 45 minutes to just recieve by phone. And an extra 30 min to get the hard copy of service receipt which had omissions of replacement information.

PATHETIC SERVICE CENTER. They even dont know the pricing of accessories or parts. When enquired they are saying the phone has to be brought, with the imei no when they start booking they will know the price. Really disgusting for a service center claiming for all major OEMs.
Best service centre in India I have been to. I would go so far as to say its as good as the apple stores in Dubai or USA.Ambience: Quite nice. Its neat and air conditioned with enough waiting seats for 5-6 people.Staff: The pleasant lady who is usually at the front desk is quick to help you with a smile and will input your apple query and find the best possible solution in the best possible time. The other staff at the back are experts.Solutions: I first had to replace my under-warranty MacBook which they replaced as soon they got in the parts they ordered. I recently got my under warranty smart battery case replaced which they also did as quick as they could.I am now confident enough to go to this store with my hardware problems just like I would at an official apple store.Great job!

Go here if you have more than 5 hours to spare. They take 45 minutes to service each customer. We will have to wait the entire time outside. 3-4 hours waiting in queue, Once we are assigned to the only representative available there, they take 20 minutes to just type our address, then they ask us to wait another 20 minutes while they type something on computer. Dont know whether they are playing games in there. If you have payments for the repair, get ready to wait another 30 minutes.I got my product back after 20 days. When I received the product, it had the same issue that I gave for repair. I gave the product under warranty and warranty was expired by the time I received the product back. When I told them that Im still facing the issues, they said that the warranty is expired and they cant do anything.So it was simply a waste of time and money to go here.
I wanted to replace My laptop speakers because it was damaged, they said i need to pay for new inbuild speakers and i did. So i got my new inbuild speakers ready and working untill 2 months it got damaged again. These people scammed me with 4000rs for new speakers but it was my old speakers itself. Very badd. Please find a different place for service if u dont wanna get scammed.
Does not answer phone calls. Had to drive all the way there and wait in line for half an hour for them to say that an apple keyboard cannot be repaired out of warranty.

This f1 info apple authorized service center is the worst the customer service is good but the service is utter flop they have not even given me a bill for paying the inspection fee that was 1000 rs and they did not care to look into my phones problem

I had been visiting F1 since last 3 years, for all the apple devices in my office as well as personal. I still remember the first visit, the lady in the reception was warm and the service engineer was introduced to me, Mr.Jibosh, since then i had been in touch with him for any issues regarding our gadgets. Last month also, i had an issue with my macbook screen, and Mr.Jibosh meticulously followed up even after being the lockdown times and arranged for the service. Anytime, any concern, he had always been there with his quick response. I appreciate F1 for offering such a service team to the customers.

For any minor issue, they ask to replace the motherboard for Rs.45,000.I took my macbook pro to another service centre and got it fixed for Rs.1500. All it needed was OS reinstallation.
Pathetic service. No one picks the call on the given number, as such theres no way of knowing if they are open or not. My suggestion is to look for an alternative vendor/service centre
