Over priced items in some cases. Staff are alright, but very little help from them to source the items and to get a better rate on the items. You do get some networking items that are not easily available in Kochi or on online stores like Newegg or Amazon. In some cases (products) the prices are lot better at connector point than online.

Never go to CONNECT POINT. 3rd rate products. Dont get cheated from there. An old guy shopkeeper / sales man full of attitude but zero knowledge about the product what he sells.We bought A PRODUCT from connect point. But the life of the product was only one day. We went to replace IT. THAT OLD GUY SAID ITS NOT THEIR PRODUCT.

Is not customer friendly. Attitute towards customer is like as if they are giving charity. And the prices are also very high when compare with other shops in Ernakulam.

Was traveling to kochi and wanted to pick something urgently... enquired in lot of shops and all of them guided to Connector Point and I must say they have a vide variety of options to pick that suits different pockets. Usually dont find much shops with so many options or brands but here toy have a selection... with warranty without warranty all are available

Pathetic customer service. not recommend at all.. there are lots of computer accessories and components in eranakulam. i wonder what would be their attitude if we try to return a DOA item. they do have some old and hard to find parts,only go if you want those kind of items at a higher price.if you dont know, every sellers are giving replacement at the point of purchase on the same day if they return defective product within 7days of purchase,and you are telling us to go to service center. good.

A-Z components store for electronic and computer spares. You may get it in wholesale prices. Conjusted and space is a problem. The shop is working in an old building makes it difficult to spot this shop, unless you are a Google maps user.

One of the oldest computer shop in Kochi. Almost every type of connectors, cables and equipments are available there. Networking equipments are also available. Pricing is less when comparing with other shops. Wholesale dealing is also there.Shop is small, premises are not well maintained. The building is old one and messy.
