Yeah this is very good office but it has lack of parking space it is located at a street which who is going without maps will find difficult to reach this office

Visited this place for the repair of a D-Link wi-fi router that I had bought online. The staff at this place were very co-operative. The router had got damaged during thunder and lightning. The staff checked it out and told me about the problem then itself. Further, they repaired it and couriered the router to me completely free of cost. On the whole, Im very much pleased with the service they provided.

Modem became faulty, submitted and replaced immediately but with different complaint, this is repeated three times,now again given for replacement. The repaired modems were not testing properly. this is too bad.

Unlike the usual unfriendly approach of other authorised service centers D Link Kochi center is exceptionally good.I was told the router needs a replacement but the technical expertise over there made it right within minutes.Highly impressed and strongly recommend . No doubt five stars.
