Good place to get your communication system smoother way.

My name is Jerin Mathew. Worst staff when considered for server or networking requirement.The person who attends the call replies back with a no care attitude and the customers are forced to make followups and be constantly checking.either they have least knowledge in the business or they are just not interested enough and dont know how to behave with customers.When asked for the manager, the person on the call responds back that he is the manager and takes no criticism and cuts off the call abruptly.i would seriously recommend them to be more proactive and learn to behave professionally to customers and do a decent business.Honestly i would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.They wont even hear you out and just ask us to send an email which they give least notice to what is requested by the person.
