Was running from pillar to post trying to source an HDMI switch for my TV which had only one HDMI port.None of the shops in Aluva had it so Iv turned to Ernakulam. The .moment I explained my requirement over phone, having got his number (as well as others) from Google, , Mr Sunil understood what I needed. He was out of his office but said the item should be in stock and requested me to check with his shop for the pricing. However it turned out that he did not have the same in stock.At this stage, 99% of the shops will just say Sorry and stop the customer engagement , especially since I am an unknown customer making a telephone enquiry.Not Mr Sunil. He kept checking around the various suppliers and located someone who had ithe item I required, in stock. He then sent his staff around. to the supplier located a few km away and obtained the Switch . Not only that he arrange to havei it tested at some effort (definitely no wherecas wasy as checking out a bulb) to ensure I dont end up withanother defective piece like the oneI received from Amazon and which I had to return. And all the time he kept reassuring me that I dont have to rush and if required his staff will wait at office, even after regular hours.All these effort for an unknown walk-in customer for a product which would give him.a miniscule margin at best.The MRP of the product is onlyRs 600.I have been in customer service related jobs myself for nearly 25 years directly or indirectly and it is after a long time I have come accross such dedication and effort in going the extra mile for the customerWell done Sunil and Tekmax.

During COVID times our inevitable tool is our laptop and when it shuts down we become desparate. Mr. Sunil Ramachandran of Techmax really went out of the way to help me get the replacement of the laptop charger which was a very rate one to get, and without me getting out of the house.Surely this is service at its best!! Recomend Techmax as a very good service centre.Joy Kuriakose John

I gave my laptop for repair, and i havent heard from then for almost 2 weeks, then they said they cant repair my laptop so i have to come and collect it, after i collect and got back home and opened and unscrewed my laptop there are so many things missing, my graphics chip was removed from motherboard and other few chips in motherboard is missing, before giving to repair it starts for few seconds, now it doesnt start at all, dont even get power.....screws are missing too, i wouldnt recommend anyone going there, they stole my thing without my consent, they never told me they removed all of those, i am so angry right now.. now my laptop is useless...

I paid 10k INR to change motherboard and hd related issues. They failed to accomplish it with their first 2 attempts. This bloke is completely insane and no manners nor professionalism whatsoever. He is mainly outsourcing but his usual excuse is it is our back office. Now after spending that much, my lap again lost display and cant turn it on. I simply messaged him on whatsapp but he did not respond it. Finally after some more messages from my side, he said Ishould have brought the lap to his office and he cant do via whatsapp. Man, am I living in world that has full of ignorant people? I never meant to do anything via online but was asking him what to do. He wants me to read his mind. Then his final response is dont waste my time. He already wasted my time and money, now what else? Their ramshackled office shows how professional they are and most feedback are fake done by their own. Seriously this guy lacks basic skills. He knows he cant fix it so he refused. All what he could do is replace parts and get more commissions on them. Should you visit and test their skills before your deal with this dodgy person. He can never have a decent conversation while handing over your devices. His office is messy and inconvenient for parking and have to climb up the ladder to see his so called office. Carelessly placed devices on his table and he would keep talking with his family and friends while you are sitting opposite to him. A must avoid service center. There are far better service centers around my neck of the wood after a few searches and calls. The staff also very rude. She contacted me through her whatsapp so i thought it is fine to respond her via whatsapp. If it was a personal number then why would you use that to communicate with me and then when I responded back it sounded like dont bloody message me. They took 2 weeks of time to establish the core issues and another 2 weeks to fix the m board and ssd. Heavily charged and such a ruthless dimwit! Ihave all the receipts. Lets deal with this fraud.
