Worst customer service. In spite of calling them multiple times describing the problems in my Logitech mouse (well within warranty), they made me come all the way to their office to tell me that the product won’t be replaced.Less of a customer service and more of a pain in the wrong place!!

Very good service. I go there to replace my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, they replace it in 10 min. The location is little hard to find, but we will find it, The location of the office is on the second floor of the building, we have to go side of the building to reach there. I dont expect this much good service from them, but its very good.
