Sadrudheen is highly professional and transparent in his dealings. He fixed my 10+ years old netbook which was stuck in booting stage. Very professional and reliable. I had a problem with my battery on my HP laptop and gave for repairing in another shop but the service was really bad there and they cheated me without changing my battery which had warranty but then gave it to Sadrudheen and he came to my house for repairing and showed me the exact problem in front of me and solved the battery problem in my laptop. Our laptop is 10-12 years old. We had cracks in both the hinges before 5 years, but no one could fix it. Before throwing it to e-waste, We saw his ratings in google and just called him to confirm that the laptop is of no use. But he (Mr. Sadhurudeen) has put a lot of effort to make hinges smooth, he has changed our display, RAM, battery also formatting and installation of software, everything within affordable price that too in a period of just two days. Lucky to have called Computer Doctors and very grateful to them since they successfully resolved the issue with my HP Desktop PC brought from UAE. Ever since it was being used in my home in Kerala, it had annoying lines in the display. But they somehow cleared the issue. I was surprised to see the PC getting picked up and delivered and installed back at home included in their service which made it all the more convenient. I didnt expect to find such high level of professional service standard of all places that too in Kerala.
