Full body massages focused on providing release of muscle tension.Less comfort & relaxation and more pain relieving. I liked the zen music playing as I entered, really set the mood; I wish they could give an option to play music during the massage.

I had read some very dubious reports of some massages in Fort Kochi, such as masseurs talking on their mobile phone during treatments and treatments not lasting the full time period. This salon could not have been more different! I had a combination treatment plus foot reflexology and it was excellent. The treatment lasted slightly over the two hour period and my masseuse, Rashia knew exactly what she was doing and was extremely professional. It is clean and calm and I was allowed time in private to shower and dress afterwards. As for someone complaining about paper knickers and paper couch covers - this is the most hygenic option and are used extensively on hospital examination couches in England for that very reason. I was reassured by this. In summary, calm, professional,honest, and good value.

I had a deep tissue massage today. It was given by Ms Renjeni. She concentrated really well on each area and gave a relaxing massage. She would control the pressure and intensity on each area to my liking. She even focused and gave me some extra massage around the neck and shoulders upon request. 3 other family members received a massage today as well and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Traditional massage Abhyanga was great choice.

A great massage but the facilities were terrible and ruined the experience.The washrooms had no warm water but plenty of mould and was in an overall bad shape. The towel we were handed was small and looked overused.The massage room was in similar shape and far from comfortable. Your privates get covered with paper instead of towels as does the massage table. It did not feel hygienic. The only acoustic background is the humming of the ceiling fan.

Not very impressed with the ambience of this place. It just a home converted into centre. Though therapist were good and staff was good as well however i did not feel that the rating shown as per google is actual making sense.

Had a great marma massage here. Naushad was very helpful with finding a time slot for me. Mahesh did an incredible job and was very meticulate with finding out where I had recurrent pains. He gave a wonderful massage. Would recommend definitely.

We find out Ayushveda spa by google and went to this place on my last day in Cochin for relaxation.I was not disappointed and got best package deal and therapist who massaged and scrubed me a great job.The place is hygienic and soothing.In shortly basic spa great massage experts at reasonable price.Higly recommended .

The massage was good but the oil had a bad smell and honestly for me this place did not look like an authentic place for ayurveda treatments.
