Attitude towards the customer is one of the main thing which decides the future of every firm. Today my experience was worst,,,, went there for a print, no front office staff is there, its ok,,, at the computer room where 2guys are sitting,,,, one of them looked at me like i am going to ask him some money ( i dont think that i m look like a begger) asked me with angery for print??? I said yes,,, then he pointed to the next guy who is busy on his job,,,,Got the print,,,, its fine quality,,,,I m trying to say that, Show some respect to the the cuatomers,,,ask them gently what you want,,, say them to sit during the printing is going on,,,,I will never go there again ,, and my friends too,,,,
