Please dont join at Isbm cochin location . Staffs are not at all responsible . If you pay fee in advance you will suffer a lot . If we try to contact direct university website contact number there wont be any responses from their side . So kindly dont join for courses there . They will say can finish course in speed track and charge more money for that but even after 1 year you wont be able to get the mark list and again they will charge for course certificate and all. They dont even provide books or PDF notes when enquired about syllabus they will give out dated one which Isbm university doesnt follow . Staffs at cochin branch doesnt know any knowledge regarding when results gets published etc.

I have done MBA(2013-2015) from this Place and the MBA is of no Value. Their service is pathetic.No one is responsible in this place for anything.....STAY AWAY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Delay in mark sheet and final certificate... I can understand due to covid... Process slow... But time ram-up the process... Otherwise all OK.. Thanks for supporting staff..

My name is Vijin working in Qatar, I got call from ISBM Cochin on 21-12-2018 contacted. And they explained about course & I happy with that I took admission. After admission I didn’t get any good service from ISBM even admission details & my enquirers. Absolutely ignorance.I’m not happy with your service (ISBM).No one taking responsibility for any my concerns. Even admission process you provided only the receipt copy which I paid (10,000.00).I’m very disappointed your service(ISBM). I’m not continue with ISBM with anymore.

Very localised Bad service that i experienced... They are concentrating there targeted profit Not for good service.One of there lady staff Contacted me for explaining there course details and after some month i planed to joining with them. but theres response is too bad and i feel irritated.Thank God for saving my money.

I applied a course in ISBM 7 months before. Till yet I didnt receive any updates from ISBM regarding exam dates, materials etc. No follow up.. Very very bad service I have ever seen.
