The poorest customer experience. The agency is highly unprofessional and difficult to deal with, timelines are never adhered to, the work is substandard. It is better to drive out of the town and get the service done in another city than getting it done here. I took a chance by purchasing a Tata vehicle (the whole vocal for local concept seemed nice back then) and have been paying my dues for the decision for the last couple months. It’s not been even 5 whole months and the new car has issues worse than a 10 year old Hyundai. The work here at Malayalam Vehicles will never be done in one visit, you will travel to their portals 100 times to drop and pick-up your vehicle ( yes, there is no pick-up and drop facility) before a simple issue is resolved and you’re looking at weeks of running around and cab money. Zero understanding of the word ‘customer satisfaction’. The agents here will ask you to ‘please cooperate’ for weeks while they have your car under their custody and while if your work life which is pretty much dependant on your car. My experience with Tata Motors and Malayalam Vehicles have been so poor that I’ve now been convinced that it is time (just four months since I bought the vehicle) to sell the Tata car and rely on reliable vehicle makers and have already vowed to never ever consider looking into TATA again in life and suggest the same to friends and family.

Very bad service I have ever received, Actually they dont know what to do. I have given car 8am for service 3rd service, by 3 pm they call me and informed me they they will return the vehicle tomorrow. After hearing some good words from me to they agreed they will give today itself. Finally they return car by 9:00 pm. They are not opened the service station due to lock down and they charged 500 extra for delayed service.
I had an given my car for service and they siphoned off petrol worth Rs 1200 to 1500 and also there was a big scratch on one of the car doors (which they had rubbed with something so that it was not evident immediately. I also had reported an issue of abnormal engine noise, which was also not looked at. On top of that there is a new rattling noise in the dash when they replaced the touchscreen infotaintme system which was not working properly.

I am an owner of TATA Tiago. Paid service done at 9 th sep 2021.Overpriced services, unnecessary delay even after scheduled appointments. No response for the feedback calls.If you go to a washing station you will be charged only 400 maximum. But it is sure your vehicle will be clean.Here they are charging 737.5.Duct cleaning and disinfection charged 708 ,but I can find the dirt on the AC vent. Coolant is replaced but seems like they never touched it , at least thease guys could have toped up the level.Two days they had the vehicle for what?I tried to contact the advisor , didnt picked the call.Later I felt better because even the manager even picking the call 😜 how I can expect the advisor to pick it.Interesting fact, no feedback calls , how comfortable...I tried register the feedback in TMSC app , after all the efforts trying to submit my feedback. It shows no network connection.If you are going for a paid service. You better go to known service station other than Tata franchise.Vehicle is good, but service is worst.These guys are spoiling the name of TATA.I made a mistake guys, I brought a TATA vehicle. Now I have to to live with that
TATA motors authorized service center.Apart from other nearby TATA service centers, Malayalam Vehicle have dedicated wheel alignment machinery.1.Parking is limited.2.Can be easily viewed from the main road.3.Authorised service provider.4.Good customer serviceCons:1. Do not have professionalism to handle a crowd during peak time.(Had experience of waiting almost 1.5 hours even with a token number of 6)
Went there twice for servicing. First time for regular servicing. They did not deliver the vehicle back and I got a message from Tata motors saying that the vehicle is ready for delivery. I suddenly went to the service centre and found that it is not even attended. I spoke to the CRM, so got it delivered the next day after an apology. After two months I found that my left rear tyre got worn out. All other three tyres were fine. When I approached them, they said that they do not have slot another three weeks. I then did research online and asked a few local service experts. I got to know that they did something wrong in last service thats why tyre got damaged in 25000km. I raised a compliant to Tata Motors, so I received a call from Malayalam motors and said they will take my vehicle next day. Its been one month and my vehicle is still not attended.
Pathetic service and inefficient staff. I had to visit the service center at Vazhakala, Cochin 3 times to fix an issue with the boot lock. Each time I went to collect the car, the issue was not resolved. Moreover the car which was repaired and ready for delivery as per the service advisor was covered in bird droppings! This shows the negligence and unprofessional way of behavior towards the customers from Malayalam Tata. I suggest such dealerships should be blacklisted and it has to be given to more efficient dealers such as Nippon Toyota or Popular Hyundai. Dealers like Malayalam Tata destroy the fame and sales of Tata motors. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I am not satisfied with the service they have done for my Car.I have completed 2 free services and the only thing they will do is car washingNot even gave the bill and had to call 5 times to get the bill.
Tried reaching them over the phone. After my continuous redial attempts, one guy texted that he was in a meeting and will call back later. I replied with thanks and requested an earliest call back. Even after my couple of text reminders, no one replied.
Service was good. But it took too much time to get the spare part from their factory according to the centre.
Done first free service without exterior and interior wash. They suggested to bring the car another day as water gun is not working.What a proffessional aervice center.
I went there for first service of Tata Tiago. Experience was good. But also want to share some issue. I noticed that the rear view mirror with parking assist was broken. I spoke to the dealing personnel and asked about the damage. He said it was like that only. Ultimately the issue got resolved by referring the matter to car accessories manager.

My brothers vehicle has been in their yard for 3 months now. He is yet to receive his Altroz serviced from here. We have requested them in every manner to please give us back our vehicle serviced. I dont know what is keeping them so long. VERY UNSATISFIED with the service. NOT A TINGE of professional behavior from the staffs. I dont know whether this is an issue with TATA service as a whole or this particular center. Anyway, not gonna give them my vehicle in my life again. If I had ordered a new ALTROZ I would have got it now. We have stopped calling them now. My brother is using my fathers car now. We just hope they will give us our CAR we purchased using our HARD EARNED MONEY. Yes, it was in an accident but WE DONT DESERVE THIS PUNISHMENT.Thank you for all the services. Service is really poor. Not at all attentive or responsible to customers. Inexperienced staff.Non responsive and non respectful staff in a Tata service outlet???Come on..Im just having my worst time with the Vazhakkala TATA service executives who first of all are not polite with the customers.Secondly they did not take up the complaints with my vehicle seriously.They wasted my valuable time and and energy yesterday as they told they would give back my vehicle after service, but when I went to pick up I could see my vehicle on repair and also another major issue which I had mentioned was not even touched!!!Is this the way to treat your customer?I want a clear cut explanation from your side or else I will be forced to take up this issue to the Twitter. Please let us not make things complicated and see to that all the complaints regarded to my vehicle is resolved with a change of executive.

Will deliver an hour late but there will be some genuine reason behind it. Overall services are perfect. If you want to see the service they allows it too. So they maintain the transparency of car service.

Though I have given and will continue the 5 star rating for this Tata Motors service centre, I have one personal experience and observation that I would like to highlight.After just 1 year and 3 months, by Tata Tiagos battery has been diagnosed as faulty by the service representative/authorised service personnel at Malayalam Motors. I still have 3 months of warranty on the battery. So, technically I would get a new battery at no extra cost. The brand being Exide, I was told would take 5 days minimum. Its what Ive come to understand that they dont trust the people at service centres and do a full test of the battery themselves before they issue a report stating that the battery is good or faulty.So youre in the blind for 5 days. If they do not find fault, the same battery is returned and if it dies out on you, buy a new one.This sort of systems/procedures/vendors that causes a bad reputation for Tata Motors service, which theyre trying best to rectify and change.But I would also like to highlight that this service centre who must be doing at least 500 cars a month, runs with just one(1) service battery. I know of motorcycle dealerships that have at least 6-10 service batteries to help the needy customer at time of desperation. So, the dealership themselves have been under pressure that they cant help me.I would still recommend Tata Motors Cars service centre - Malayalam Motors, just for the reason of their attention to the work noted down, systematic follow ups, consistent feedback on the car and hospitality.
Took lot of time for service. Constant reminder is required. Parts availablity is less. The quality of work is good and they allowed me to witness the work.

I went for my ECU updation here. Even the service center is quite large it took around 6 hrs to complete the ECU updation. I was booked for this updation prior to 1 week, even the executive was saying they have only 1 laptop to do the updation.

The front office at the Malayalam motors didn’t even show the minimum interest to look at the car. Tata motors should look at theor service network. Customer service is good(Mr Jithin @ malayalam tata,vazhakala). It was not as others commented to me before I took my tiago. The only issue I found was if some parts are to be replaced, it takes a lot of time.Request to the tata service manager....Now there are a lot of customers out there....plz plz keep the spares ready.it not fair to keep a customer wait one month or more for a spare.

They wont provide details unless we keep calling them. Told me they will call back but havent responder yet!May be the service is good but the front office is irresponsible!

Was a bit disappointed with the service when I went to fix my number plate. Over phone they said that it would take 15-20 minutes but it took more than an hour. During the visit I had requested to fix a chrome beading at the back (this was not properly fixed during the delivery) but they didnt do it. The receptionist just guided me out. Since I was late (had other appointments), I left without complaining.

Average service. Nothing really special about them, but reasonably good in what they do. As TATA products quality and design mantra have been changing, for the past couple of year now, anyone would naturally expect their experience at service center also to get better. But thats still not the case. They are still more or less like a government office. But everything said and done, I love TATA cars and I am a huge fan of their latest models.
Theres no friends lane and so please delete that. The service station is facing the main road and the entry is from the main road

I have a bad experience with Malayalam motors service center Vazhakkala. I have a tata hexa and my cars first service has been done by them. Eldho was my service representative . Other than the regular first service routines, i had two requests. I need my rear reflector to be replaced as it was damaged in a collision and my roof beadings also were damaged and needs replacement. Both the parts were not available and they assured to replace it in a week or two. Now my car is due for second service and i am still waiting for the parts. I have followed up with Eldho a couple of times. Every time he picks the call and tell me that he will check about the parts and give me a call back and thats it. Now i am planning to take my car to some other service centers instead of Malayalam motors for service. I am expecting some more professionalism from the staffs. Tatas service centers still needs improvements. Else customers might move to other makes and models despite some top class models from Tata.Note: i am totally satisfied with the car and the regular service they have done.

The day I went there its was a thread was an extraordinary rush that day (according to them ) and it took them atleast half an hour for them to attend my car but after that they repaired everything and handed back my car fast . The service was good, and the atmosphere and the service executives were also good.
