One of the worst experience I ever had in my life.I went last December to Cochin for my child medication. By the time I visit to Vasan Eye Care to get the treatment for my 5 years sons as he could not see properly and having issues on his eyes. As this is my 2nd visit to the same place n my first visit they have charged 1000 rupees since my child did not give support to show the doctor. Finally my second n last visit my son gave support to doctors n they have advise to use glass n they gave the number -5. We thought that would be the correct number since the doctor gave to make the glass. So we went there store inside the hospital and to the frame worth 10000.00 rupees including the number lense.We have been advised to come after 3 days to pick up n I requested to get it early as we are leaving on the same day they request to collect. So they said to come n pick it a day before our departure. They said they will call me once it ready and they did not. So I personally called them n said it’s not ready. So I explain the same which we agreed before n the staff responded me don’t know anything about that. So she said she will check n call me. But no calls after 30 minutes and again I call them and said it will be ready the same day after 6pm. But they said hospital will be close that time and I can collect from there security.So I went the same time and ask for security. Security staff open the shop n gave me a box which is covered with normal tissue n rubber band. When I opened the box, I found inside full of powder and even outside. I asked to security what is all about and he said he don’t know. So the security contact me another staff of vasana and said sorry for all and he even didn’t say anything else. I asked him is this the service vasana eye care provided. He did not say anything. Then I said to him that I will not take it unless I get a better cover and cleaned glass. So I will come on the next day morning when I am on my way to departure. So he said ok and I went to home.Next day morning I went there and collect the same which they change the box only. Very very poor service. All suggest all the customers think 100 times before visiting to Vasana Eye care in Cochin.
