Purchased Dell monitor E2421HN 24“.Great monitor.

Writing this review before trying out the actual item bought... this review is solely for the customer service and ethics of the people here... my asus laptop chager was damaged and by mistake, we had already bought an import-original charger for the same from another shop.. but after closely examining it, we understood that it was not the authentic original one and we approached  emergetech... they were quick to respond to the google query and we reached their store and explained our predicament. They could have easily told that using an import-original would be bad for the laptop and we would have readily bought the authentic one from their store... but they explained to us what an import-original is, having previously not heard about such a thing... they assured that using it would not damage our system and advised us against spending additional money and buying  the original from their shop... they could have easily made that money...Anyway the pin-size of the charger that we had bought did not match the laptop and we had to return it to the other shop... and we went back to their store and bought the original one.. we told them that we liked their dealings and hence came back.. they said that its not just about the money for them.. and they proved it!!!One charger might not be a big deal for them but we are definitely going back there if any computer-related needs arise.. they deal with acer, dell and asus products if my understanding is correct...

Such a worst experience. I visited here very recently and the staff was so unaware of the laptops that are available in the store. Perhaps Asus must start hiring people who are aware about the features and points of the new notebooks and not normal sales guy sort of people. In fact this so called staff in the store directed me with the wrong information that a specific model has stopped coming into production which was a total blunder.Again to mention, such a worst experience.
