Extremely poor customer service and delivery. They take 2 hours to deliver from Kalamasherry to Kakkanad. The staff deliver without any ID due to which they are denied access to our society. They give fake promises that they will deliver in 30 mins but fail too. Disappointing. I was waiting till 10 pm yesterday for my order and yet they cudnt deliver. No point selling good fried chicken when you cannot meet the standard delivery standards. Seriously buck up! And the worst part is they immediately block your number when they know they have goofed up so we cant call them and point out their mistakes. Really? We dont want your chicken anymore. Learn the basics of customer service first and then open a restaurent. Screw you all

Its a very pocket friendly shop...i dont know where else do u get a huge fried chicken burger with fries and pepsi for just 110....and they have mini meals...2 piece chicken with bun and mayonnaise for just 130...and their fried chicken is too good...also they have a variety of juices and shakes...shakes were a bit too sweet for our taste...but they were good too...the staff could be friendlier...ambience is ok too..also thalassery falooda is their signature dish...nothing special though...just normal fruit salad in a cut pineapple with 3 scoops of icecream...but huge quantity..enough for 3
