Worst worst service.We are really fed up calling them on a daily basis.. I have been calling them since last week.. Till this moment, no any technician came for servicing.Only thing there are regular n punctual is collecting money.Most people using their service are middle class n they wont afford to take an alternate connection immediately. They knew this well.. Thats y they are very bad at providing proper service. They know their customer wont go for another connection.They are taking advantage of this.They have been in this field for many years n these guys are very established now.. I still wonder y cant they afford to recruit more technicians.If any one planning to take their connection, I prefer Kerala Vision over this .. Both cable network and service team are at it best with Kerala Vision.

I hv several times call. They do not attend the phone call. No responsible staff. Few months ago i request the cable connection disconnect but not disconnect the cable. They are very lazy people. They shown the phone numbers invalid. Every time engage tone.
