Worst pathetic net work i have ever seen in my life no proper channel services auto renewal even your setup box is not connected to your TV they will charge you moneyeven you call and inform that you are out of station they will not disconnected your subscription it happen to me i inform on call but after 6 month they call and said we dint received call for disconnection is it a joke
This office is in the first floor of building alongside thoppumpady post office. Lack of cleanliness , so tidy and dusted. Billing section is always crowded and moves slowly. In your bad day, you will have to wait for minimum 90 minutes for your turn. More counters are need of the hour.

The cable lines are very old and faulty, have to call customer care every 1 week or so , and the reply would be small fault in line, will correct by evening.Bad local cable tv service, very low resolution , bad selection of channels
We had DEN cable TV connection but had to switch to Asianet. The channel selection is bad, also the connection doesnt work most of the time. DEN is like heaven compared to this. Thumbs down for asianet.NB: gave one star only because zero couldnt be given.
The Thoppupaddy office of Asianet Digital where one can pay your CTV bills, have complaints registered and discuss merits of various schemes/packs available to the customer. Space is a constraint.
Worst office I have ever been to, the staff is just horrible they have no idea what in the world is going on. They arent helpful in any manner and the staff is just arrogant and is not at all an approachable person. The service rendered is too bad and I dont know why the company is not firing the staff there, theres no point in them being there and I wonder how many customers might have left their service due to these ill mannered staff.

Horrible service by Asianet Digital TV!!! Have 2 set top boxes and have selected the packages as per TRAI for both and payment done however only one set top box works. The other one doesnt even stream free channels. And worst case scenario, I cant even add channels as it says that I have already taken the package. They flash a customer care number however the number never connects. Complaints are not addressed and even worse, the escalation process is also useless...Nodal officer doesnt pick calls. When it comes to sales they are so efficient however after service is horroble. So there is no way to get your complaint through and get someone to work on it.
