Could not find much collection ( I was looking for door locks) and sales person is not aware of many models of Europa locks. Also I found bit expensive. I visited after seeing good rating here. But totally disappointed

I wont recommend this place to anyone . They charged more than the mrp price so I left that place and while going out they came behind me saying that they would give me discount. But I still didnt buy from them . Go there if u want to waste your money . I wouldnt even rate single star for this store with fraud workers 😒 and irresponsible owner . 😏

I went for purchasing a door lock at around 7.35 PM no executive where bothered to take care of what I need..Its like we need to search and hand over to sales people...when I stepped out they suddenly asked Why what happened Sir?? I told no one is here to provide the service..And the reply was interesting...Its closing time sir??.I dont know why They had given closing as 9 PM...
