Went to purchase ladies side bag. There was a very good collection of bags. And really good brands also. Price was also same as online price. But only issue was they were giving any warranty for the products! Wondering why warranty was not available even for branded bags. 🙄

Shopped at Big Bazaar many a times...they are fine but now they were low on stocks compared to what they usually had. Not happy this time.Speaking on Big Bazaar overall in other parts of India..one should really check out the stores they are awesome and hold a variety of products in food, frozen, sauces,noodles, cereals and much more....but Kerala big bazar is not anywhere close.I hope they try and do a change and bring in products that people from all walks of life can shop to their choices.Just to meet your daily basic essentials its fine.

This Big Bazar is located on the 4th floor of Central Square Mall located in MG Road -Ernakulam. Its a place where you can walk-in simply as there is no rush at all. Most of the items are available including few cloths for gents and ladies.

Good variety, but price of fruits was way too high than market price. Icing on the cake was wrong billing so if you are going there do keep an eye on what u r paying

Big Bazaar is one of the best shopping mall for the family people, all the kinds of products available there. I have very nice experience while shopping there, lots of discount and many offers on daily used products and many more, hence I suggest my friends and my relatives to visit there and have good experience and get the products for good price

I went to purchase some clothing, it was good until they charged me extra for carrying bag. Seriously?? If we buy things ,we surely need carry bag too. Not everyone carries personal bag all the time. 19 rupees for a single bag? That was really upsetting and took all my shopping experience. You guys can do better...

I have had the worst experiences with Big Bazaar. Ever since the online delivery has begun, they keep sending all the rotten, old, almost expired stock. And bananas and all perishables are packed in one bag with heavy items on the top so instead of bananas, you get a delivery of banana paste !I have been very patient with them for about 3 times prior to today when I got wasted stuff. And the customer service is so pathetic. But after seeing todays load of super rotten nearly expired stuff, I was furious. Is this what we are paying for?Big Bazaar, this is so shameless ! Really disgusted with you guys.

Good store in Central square Mall , everything is well arranged , they follow good covid protocols , staffs are very polite , especially the securities , I felt they could much more good international brands in hair care section. Contactless cash payment is available. But the price they charge for shopping bag is little high (compared to the quality ) .

Usually we find only branded clothes in big malls. For a girls top, we have to pay 1799-200/Big Bazaar is an exemption. We get tops from 350/ onwards. Theres a very good collection of Kurthis from 400/ onwards.Party wear is available from 1000/ onwards. I found good night wear too. I didnt check mens wear or kids section. But its a budget friendly place for sure

I have visited big bazaar @ abad nuclius mall, gold souk and and central mall. i likes big bazaar @ central mall. because we can select the house hold items, groceries, cloths, readymades , kitchen wears, bakery items school items (bags, books uniform chappals, shoes etc from here - they keeps different branded and unbranded, both costly and cheap varieties. so the store is equally favorite for all classes of the society, ie. low class, middle class and upper class society. Wednesdays they offer more offers for vegetables and froots

On the supermarket side you dont find much choices but you will get clothings at a reasonable price

Luv the way they have arranged for covid and good staff. Also gud schemes.Stock seemed less and some shelfs really had nothing. That`s the first i have seen since a long time. Further sausages were missing. In big mall shops you expect things which are not seen or available in your nearby small stores - else why come here? Nowadays if you give the list, small shops will pack and deliver to your homes, so there should be something extra to buy from huge stores. It shouldnt be just a glorified Margin free store. Varkeys stores had good things which were imported also however it closed down. So lets hope all the mall shops will have things that are not available in the nearby margin free shops or stores. Dome DIY Kits also would be welcome.The offers are good but could be better especially post covid everyone is out with huge offers to attract customers. If you want customers to come from far places you have to be the best. Offers are the best way to attract.

Big bazar was one of the best along time back. After covid, situations have changed. They have limited stocks under most sections. Fashion big bazar has a lot of repetitive stuff in huge quantity. No new designs. Every time you visit fbb you can see the same old designs which you purchased years back.Make sure to carry your own carry bags. The ones they provide is one the expensive side with zero quality.

Not Recommended To Visit at this point of time for daily groceries but recommended to visit for Fashion.

The shop is not fully stocked after it reopened post Covid-19 lockdown. The place kid of seem deserted with very low footfall. Many of the racks are empty, especially in the fresh produce and perishable sections. And as always, the staff is very unprofessional. There are various discounts and offers on items in the apparel store on the 5th floor. Trial of apparels have suspended owing to the pandemic. Air-conditioning is turned off as per health advisory.

This place is fourth floor and fifth floor of center square mall , so there is large number of parking in underground , thus we can move to trolly with buying items in to parking area.
