Finding authentic oud is very difficult in kochi ...though there are some multinationals like ajmal in lulu mall their quality is far from good...and thats when i struck gold by goin to shadab perfumes in edapally ..just a stones throw from lulu....the owner wasnt there but a darling guy named mohammed was there...you tell him what you are luking for and he directs you to the right jars...they have an amazing collection of ouds and mukhallats and other blends...and you get the unaltered thick oils instead of the watered down ouds which every other crook perfumer in town sells..but beware u will end up buyin all of it .....i got 3 different ouds ....even when i write the review now after 4 hours my wrists and forearms where i dabbed the oils while testing them still smell so divinely ....whether you are and indian or an arab or just another pefume connoiseur tryin to find authentic arabic perfumes ..head straight to shadab perfumes Edapally...and mr mohammed is goin to be there with a big smile and .a warm heart to help you find the best scents for you!!!C you soon mohammed...im definitely comin back for some more.!!!
