What should i say ! The trendsetter of kochi? I am into fashion and clothing a lot and i could find a lot of varieties here. The thing is , in pothys we get clothings and accessories at all ranges. They have cosmetics , accessories, body care , supermarket in another floor , they also deals with home care and a lot more. And in the fifth floor they have a mini food court too. We bought a biriyaani parcel. The biriyani was yum. I saw a lot of people dining there.The staffs were polite and friendly. And helping. They accept all cards and money.Car parking facility is there.I just wish may pothys bring the best collections to kochi at reasonable prices so that all types of customers are satisfied. Most happening place in Kochi with its architectural splendour offering a plethora of sections which satisfies each and every member of the family. I went for Onam purchase and rejuvenation of mind at the fullest was enjoyed alongwith family.Eventhough, it empties the pocket as well as we buy more due to the wide variety selection..even at the Hypermarket, Food Court etc..KIDS section was extremely colourful and excuisite varieties including toys , dresses , western Frocks which i bought for my daughters First Birthday was amazingly priceless!! Everything imaginable under the sun is available here!! Went here with my 5 month old baby to purchase a baby carrier for him.After shopping from the hyper market, the staff assisted us with the trolley to the car parking area.The staff in the baby floor was very helpful and supportive.Helped us to purchase the right carrier bag and bath tub.The purchased items were brought to the car parking area in a trolley by the staff.Very happy with the shopping experience.This place operates within the covid guidelines.Will visit again for sure.

Im not satisfied with their Saree collections. Its huge building, arrangements are good but saree design not upto the mark. Its my personal opinion.

Pothys as a building is quite impressive, but its not an all exclusive store where you get everything. its specialty is sarees and I think people should primarily go there only for saree shopping

This is the hypermarket for textiles. Pothys have all sort of textile collections for all occasions. It has huge supermarket at the basement too with reasonable price than the competitors. I loved mens and kind section which is having most of the collections.They maintain the same aesthetics similar to the one available in Chennai and Bangalore.This is 8 floor building with 2 floors dedicated parking space apart from the basement parking and adjacent parking before entering the building.

We will give only a 3 Star rating for the shopping experience. The shop had provided a wide range of collections. However, I had a bad experience with the food court because weve ordered fried rice and chilli chicken and its quantity is very less and they raised a huge amount.

This was way better than I imagined... And I had gone in with high expectations! Situated in the heart of Kaloor, this huge building has over 8 floors including 2 for parking.It is early days but the rates seem to be better and the variety and designs more fanciful than certain popular rivals here in Cochin.There are escalators taking you up and down each floor (they squeak a little loudly but I guess that will get better with time)Sections I loved included mens traditional as well as function wear (suits, sherwanis etc), womens wear - there is a lot of variety in all categories here across 2 very long floors, womens accessories at the ground floor (nice designs for clutches, purses.. Very helpful staff) and finally, a shout out to the well stocked hypermarket at the basement which would give a good alternative for those who dont want to travel as far as Lulu.Parking was available at the turning prior to Pothys as well in addition to the 2 floors in the building.

A very big outlet for all kind of clothing materials with ample parking space in and around the complex. I felt the kochi branch is far better than their branch at trivandrum. Here everything is well organized and customer service is great. Best for budget shopping and a wide variety of dress materials are available. There is an underground parking which we may not notice from main road. Just drive through the side of main building and you should be able to park your vehicles in basement. Their hypermarket offers all kinds of stationary items including vegetables in competitive pricing. A very good news for ELECTRIC vehicle owners : An electric vehicle charging station is now available at basement parking.

Horrible Horrible Experience.. Especially from the floor Manager in the fourth floor(Mens Collection).. Very Arrogant and Rude attitude... Refused trial for wedding outfit.we are shocked and very much disappointed. If trials not allowed for a casual wear its okay but for party/ wedding wear items must allow trials since they are COSTLY AND NON RETURNABLE. They have a good collection but unprofessional manager and staffs.

Like thier advertisement the shop is huge and you will get the proper dresses from Pothys. The first two floors are quiet impressive with the interiors and colletions. As it is a new venture still some floors having the pending works. Especially for the gents session the floor is incompletely completed. The staffs are also less for now. If it is crowed then definitely you need to find your taste clothes without waiting for any staffs help. Hope the shop will work full fully very soon.

Pothys is a one stop shop for all your textile-furnishing-cosmetic-grocery needs. The shop is conveniently located at Kochis CBD Kaloor. I would recommend taking the metro (150 mtrs from Pothys) to beat the traffic. The showroom is spread across 8 floors; two of which is exclusively for car parking. They have a plethora of options for all age groups. The showroom is adequately staffed in all floors and are really attentive and helpful. I feel Pothys is well equipped and will give the other textile giants in the city a run for their money.Last but not the least they feature a well stocked super market in the basement floor offering discounts and offers all around the year.

Yesterday, we went there for shopping and the staffs irresponsibly misplaced our commodities while packing, there was no rush and the staffs were carelessly attending it. They misplaced many of our (four) commodities bought, (which were paid). Then we called them and enquired about the situation and they replied that they saw the items laying immediately after we moved and didnt follow us , who were standing right infront of them collecting our bags, which can be attributed as only negligence from their part. Hypermarket is designed as per customer convenience and 2-3 cash counters available. Direct entry to hypermarket is available from main entrance. Both lift and escalators are available at all floors.

There is a huge collection of varieties. The rate is affordable and worth of it. Good customer service and they dont have any hesitation to attend the customers. The hypermarket is also there on the ground floor and we can purchase frome there by an attractive prices. There are two basements for parking and also there is a ground near to the building.

Massive selection of every kind of clothing item. You can find something for the entire family there. Id say the pricing is average to high scale. They even have a supermarket in the basement, which is an added plus. Ample parking space too.

Please note they are putting one price for vegitables and when we reach billing section item price will be much higher. If the customer dont check you Will be on the losing side. I had this experience twice now . Last time I did not bother to complaint. But this time 4-5 items price were higher than that shown on display sheet. They have changed it when I was taking other items. I have mentioned this to the customer care people, they were very responsive but their higher official are least bothered about the customer complaints.

They have decent collection and the staffs are well mannered, but the manager was full of attitude which just made me lose all the interest to shop.They are very adamant about not taking pictures of the materials which makes it very very difficult for people planning to purchase it for projects, shoots and stuff because we need to compare the different sourced materials. Overall : A1 disappointment

The best and new shopping experience in Kochi

The building is decorated amazingly and products with their varieties are outstanding without any doubt, but they forgot to make proper washroom facilities. The toilets are cleaned properly, there is not enough space, the facility in the toilet is not up to the mark, in total the upkeep of the washrooms is in disastrous state. Even my wife did complain about the water on the washroom floor, where two housekeeping staff were busy chit-chatting instead of cleaning the watery floor and my wife was about to slip on the floorThey should work on their tidiness.

Bad experience at pothys. staffs are arrogant and high attitude. Staff Sajan is very rude and behaves as if he is the owner. I saw a terrible behaviour of this person when i went with my friend for shopping last week. They dont have any business in 3rd floor and simply sitting. when a customer comes to buy items, they show their attitude especially sajan.Wont come to pothys

Parking space is not that great, it’s an open ground with mud.There seems to be huge variety of dresses and they have labelled them.Overall a good experience except parking.

The Showroom is a BiG One for sure. However, not very impressed with the collection though. I was expecting they would bring something different and new atleast some good styled collections when coming to Kochi. The collection was pretty dull and not worth the time wandering around in the big showroom. We already have better stires which are much more reasonable and worth the time you spend. A variety of selection is available here. The store looks awesome and is also super clean. They have clothing for almost all occasions for almost all people. But their customer service can be improved a little bit. Another thing is their billing process, it can be also a bit improved and streamlined. They also have other sections for electrical and home appliances, footwear, watches...etc. They are ok, but the main stuff is clothing itself.

We have made a purchase on sep 12,2021. From the ground floor, we spent 45 min searching and selected few kids bands, clips, rings etc worth 220 rs. We have made the pay as well. But within few minutes the purchased products was missing. We have waited for half an hour in delivery counter. We then asked for a refund but they have replied it is not possible. We enquired about HR contact but they refused to give. After spenting near an hour, one sales girl in the delivery counter paid the amount back. We have spent much time for selecting the items, much time for getting the paid items and then for refund as well with a kid with us. I would request the management to take care if similar situation arise in future.Between, tthe shop is good with nice collections, very friendly staff and nice infrastructure.

Spacious, Affordable.Lifts are available but very crowded. So we used stairs. It was the only difficulty since purchasing from different floors.

Staff mistake to cloth change age bill pay, this dress go to in house. Then cloth check, change size of the dress. Then return to this dress, again went to pothys, then change dress, balance amount donot refund, then again dress purchase and payment cash. This is very bad service in staff mistake, its my own mistake situation faced today

For kerala kaloor pothys is a very big potti better purchase from Broadway that is good why want to waste money for this cheap quality products all are seconds from any other states of their store customer service very poor and rude
