T shirts r of good quality.Cheap and excellent.But the billing process is very lengthy and the customer needs to wait for a long time in the queue.The employee told me that their software/computer is damaged and they have already informed their hireups about that issue.But even after rectifying/repairing,the same situation continues.I think the top management is not concerned about this particular billing issue/delay.Also, when I was shopping , one employee was shouting to another one inside a room .He should have shown the decorum to restrain himself atleast when the customers were present.Customer loves to have a hassle free shopping experience.Also, in the half sleeve shirt section, 44 sized shirts were missing.I informed them, but they couldnt provide me even one piece.If they didnt have atleast a single shirt, they should have arranged it from another shop(max itself) or assuaged me by saying that, they would bring it by evening or the very next day.Saying no to a customer is poor customer service.I went shopping there on 20th August.

This showroom is situated on the same building which has the KFC in Chittethukara you can get he dress for gents, ladies and kids. Most of the time they run some offers..The collection of materials are good and they do have varieties especially for kids and ladies.The same is opened on Sundays also and has parking facilities.

I love max when it comes to shopping for both casual and official dresses at a nominal price. And more importantly its at Kakkanad as there are no good clothing stores here, Max is the ideal solution to evade the hustle of traffic and stuff when you feel like to go outside for shopping dresses!!!

Max is the perfect stop for your fashion needs, I always did struggled to find a good dress for my taste and Max fullfills my whole fashion dreams. They got different variety of Brand clothes with budget friendly prices for everyones satisfaction.I myself is from a middle class family and I find the prices there comparing with other shops GREAT. Max always provides new amazing offers which you cant find anywhere in Eranakulam.

Good Collections! adept service!Here I am sharing a few moments I have experienced as a beholder.One Gentleman wearing a new pair of max shirt & trouser and approach the lady cashier for billing. He seems to be in a hurry. Cashier informs him that the security tags for both dresses have to be detached for billing because the device is fixed in the cash table.He responds he don’t have more time to spend here because of some official emergencies. Then she quickly replied that she can try for it. Immediately she requests him to be near to the counter and she pull off the device and removed the tags from the trouser and shirt, which he was wearing. He was exceptionally happy.... It was really an astounding service...!

This outlet is small compared to the other Max outlets. But the store has so much variety and its always on some great sale! Bought almost 60 T-shirts (all sizes) and it was below 7500 Rupees (105$).Highly recommend if you want to makeover your wardrobe!

Good collection with decent price tag. You could see genuine max items here and felt great in terms of their cloth quality. We got few combo offers also for kids and billing area also not crowdy as the staffs were very cooperative and managing it effectively. They do have good parking space too.

Quality of clothes are good but not great. Kids wear Good for maximum 6 months. Adults collection not seems to be that good but many people prefer as its available in an affordable range. Toys are expensive. Infant wearing also available. Footwear available but quality wise not impressed.

The clothes are very reasonably priced and there seems to be a lot to choose from. The only con I can think of is the lack of staff to assist customers. I usually dont like staff at stores, mostly because they follow you around like you are a potential shoplifter. Here, I wish someone was present to help me.Overall, a great place to shop from.Not a crowded shop. Situated next to Palaram,seaport Airport road.

They have a decent collection of clothes for adults and children(maxs own brands), and most of them are priced reasonably. Most products are okay, and some of them even lasts longer. And when they announce 50% and more discount, its worth buying clothes. Only issue here is with billing. It takes a lot of time to complete the purchase. Billing counter is awfully slow. Either their software is not functioning properly, or the staff are not trained well.Also they dont take returns, if the clothes purchased were discounted items.

You can use it all very rough and on daily basis, but still all items last long than we expect.. If you are looking for clothes and accessories that are unique in style, then Max is not the place for you.They have every item plenty in number and stock might be the same across all stores which is necessarily the reason behind such a low price.You can also change the item from any Max store within the stipulated period as per the conditions mentioned.Theres ample parking space right in front of the store.

It is a better option for people, when we look on a medium level budget dress, Then they have a clean and simple pattern to keep clothes. Which is helpful to the customers. So the selection and all will be made simple. Then they have separate floors according to gender. So the trial room confusions and all are not happening here. Only the updation in the collection matters. Otherwise it is a nice place to have a casual shopping.

I am getting addicted to Max now. Their garments are really comfortable, trendy and reasonable. Their stock is good. And you will get new arrivals now and then.

Max fashion is always a good option if you are shopping for clothes. Really good quality material. We have visited this outlet 3 times and always had a good experience. Staff is good. Car parking is available. Washroom is also available, just outside the outlet. On first floor you will find restaurant if you are hungry.

As we got there we bought our items and went to the till but we waited for half an hour to get billed.The staff were extremely slow in billing the items.Then we paid everything andhad to wait a half an hour more to get our bill. Those guys were testing our patience. I would notrecommend going here if youre in a rush to pick up something. Horrible Service!

They sell cheap clothing, both in price and quality. Shirts may start to torn out even with the first wash itself. They inventory is organized and easy to find. Staff are helpful and polite. Got common parking space in the shopping complex which is free.
