Its just a cheating company. Customer care service is not at all functioning. Lost my money. I am using the cycle just as normal cycle. Gear button problem, mudguard broken, adaptor busted. I am ready pay and buy but they are not providing me new one. Waste of money.

As given the address is fake. Not responding to the calls.. may be they are stopped the sale..Tried many times to contact... No response.. last week IPurchased hero electric cycle with 32k.

No way to contact the company, no one answering phone calls, automated reply showing the website URL for Whatsapp inquiry, feels like a childs play. Good design , Good idea better go with experienced business firms. very much doubtful about the performance, delivery and after sales service.

I feel so sorry that I am not able to rate them minus stars. Such a worst experience with them. They are not functioning now, but their website is active. You can even purchase. but nothing gonna happen.

Dear Tezlaa team, while you took so much of efforts in the design and innovative idea in bringing the revolutionary cycle there is 1 major correction which I would like to highlight and amend in your prototype... the folding hinges which is seen visible on the left side of the cycle can be redesigned and placed internally within the frame, which would make the design perfect and you will not have the weird look outside... the inward hinges can be made equally strong as your existing design... And on the marketing front, pls focus on publishing it as an advertisements in Instagram/ YouTube and Amazon prime...You have long way to go and my best wishes to the entire team!...

Email support is also poor. Imagine if they are least bothered about the sales leads then how poor it would be after sales service.Anyway I dont know about direct visits, if customers can go to their shop for each and everything then should be fine, I hope so. 🤞

It would have been better if all the naked wires were incorporated inside the frame for much cooler look. At that price point, atleast you could have done that like real Tesla offering premium features justifying the price tag.Hope you guys will look into it in your design iterations.

Tried all the Contact numbers mentioned in the site but none of the numbers are going through . I mailed as well but there is no response. I doubt about their service quality.

I have check the normal roads full battery only 25 km giving the milage and even we get pedle assist only 25 milage.

I would like to buy one, but to be honest , this pricing is killer one since a middle class user couldnt afford it and those class of people who can easily buy a bike above 1 lakh would only prefer this at this price.
