This is kinda good hotel if u r looking for budget property.Its location is very nice as there is 24 hour open restaurant just 300 m from here... Rooms are quite nice and spacious. Floors of rooms and hotel were weird, they were sticky to my shoes.Hotel is smelly also, a little smell always comes.Their restaurant, we did breakfast only n it was nice, prices were also perfect. I recommend this hotel.Only bad thing about hotel is their manager didnt know how to speak english.U will love it if u r looking for budget

Hotel cituated at Kakkana near citys prime IT hub.Perfect nd lovely room. Comfortabl bed. Staffs r pleasing nd very friendly. But tha wifi could improv littl bit. They provid north indian nd south/chines food was superb nd low cost.lovely rooms with flat satLite TV nd well air condition. I found 1thing gurd nd driver fecility 24.

Thete is no parking available. They do not have parking space at all as mentioned on your site. I had to park my car on the road. The Air conditioner was not cooling as it should. I informed the Reception / Front Office Manager but no action was taken.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms but the curtains make room more bright thus AC is must to cool dpwn tye room. Land also about room service whoch i personally found very slow. For food / eatery purpose very few options for vegetarian person. Landmark is quite renowned by everyone. Their restaurant is famous for seafood specially.

The overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The hotel got a parking facility, though small n open, Bt safe as there is a security guard available at night. Room services was very good. Im always concerned about the neatness of the toilets, I give 5 starts to blue chip on that. Im not happy about the bed spreads they provided, as they had some stain marks on it. The people at the reception were so helpful n polite. Theres a free WiFi available. N find everything really Gud as I made the booking at a very cheap rate as low as ***

Overall its a good experience and good value for money. Hotel is in very convenient location, yet so calm. Service is prompt this time apart from the fact that tea will be served cold only. Overall amenities are good. But you have to always demand for extra towel, soap etc if using a double room. Hot water is not available most of the times

Highly dissappointed, taps were leaking, Taps were leaking and when we informed the staff, they didnot consider it as a complaint. no water till 8 a.m, pathetic management, rude behaviour, after constantly reminding 4-5 times we were served drinking water... No water was there when the room was initially set for our arrival, bed linens were dirty, and were replaced but were stained. . The bed mattress were of so poor quality that the spring inside them literally could be felt easily. The washrooms were so tiny that it merely had any place for keeping two buckets. Switches werent working, bad holiday experience. I would say choose other better hotels at this price.

Decent rooms. Good value for money proposition. They have a restaurant in the ground floor which serves some authentic Kerala delicacies. Try their Biriyani its great, and in the afternoon try the regular lunch.

I checked in to a room where the TV was not working. The cables of the TV looked nibbled away by some cockroaches. They gave me another room where the AC was not working properly. No other room was available. When asked for an extra bed the room boy came and dropped the bed with the sheets on the floor and left. Because it was only one night stay and the night before my exam in a nearby college, didnt make a fuzz about all these. My mistake. Didnt have a great experience altogether. But I must say that the restaurant provided good food. The only appreciable thing about this place.

The rooms are entirely different from the pictures they provided in Oyo app. Their services was disgusting. They dont even provide mineral water and continues power failure. Such a waste of money.

It is a small but comfortable hotel, the restaurant downstairs serves some lip smacking food. I would definitely recommend you to stay here if you are on a budget. The balcony area though is not large enough.

Did hotel was a nice ND excllnt one. I like blue-chip ND their professional ND friendly staffs. When the time I lost my purse the guy in reception help me to find it. Service was excllnt. Food ND drinks was cheap rat but high quality. Thanks GOIBIBO for suggesting BLueChip.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The hotel service wasnt that good. Room were full of mosquitoes. When asked for spraying mosquito repellent spray, they simply sprayed room freshners. Not all worth it. I would prefer other tourists to avoid this hotel.

The rates of the food items in the menu card available in room and the bill which we settled was not matching..Final price was higher than that in the menu cardBreakfast combo veg -Price in menu -80rsPrice in bill-110rs2. The door was electronically operated one. Only when we checked in, it worked fineAfter that each time we had to call the hotel people for opening..they were using their house keeping card to open door..The same issue Happened for 2 roomAt last, they have given the normal key for opening (this was in the end of second day)

Satisfactory for the tariff paid. Some areas need improvement, that are-1. Lift is too much uncomfortable as its very old type, I.e. pulling door type.2. Room service call to be attended promptly rather giving chance for any dissatisfaction.3. Parking on the front road is not OK with everyone, may be improved.Pros : Well behaving staff, AC working as shown, helping nature to family customers, nearby good vegetarian restaurants, location on main road itself.Overall satisfactory stay there.

Hotel was good and they have room service delicious food.staff were helpful and responsiv .But the parking could b improv. Guard and driver is available.The Kettuvallam restaurant was beautiful and classic. Room rate was very low food that moderator or high. Tattally nic expiernc.

My experience at blue Chip was good. Service is as expected of a hotel at that rate. I mean it wasnt mind blowing or anything. The hotel was cheap and service was fine. If you just wanna crash for a night o two this is a good place.

It appeared great on MakeMyTrip. The hotel is not like that it appears like. What I paid was just about right. MakeMyTrip made it appear like a great hotel and great discount. I was overwhelmed. Its just about right. The service staff are very welcoming. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The AC wasnt very effective.i would go here only if its available for the price MakeMyTrip offer. Else, wouldnt.

I regularly stay at this hotel and have to say this was one of my worst experience. Its One of the best property you can get in the city for the price and this time also, the amenities, cleanliness and everything else was just perfect. Always, I had an issue with the service timing here, but usually I dont complain about it. But this time it took them 45 minutes to give me a tea in the morning and had to wait 40 minutes for a shaving kit only to be told that its not available. I understand sometimes delays may occur, but the receptionist was very unprofessional and was hanging up my calls. So had to go down to check the status of my order. This spoiled my stay there this time.

Non AC rooms and AC rooms are there. i suggest go for AC rooms. Rooms are quite hood. For solo travellers single would be okay since its cheap. Overall hotel feels little premium. Thanks Bibo for offer.

The food at the restaurant is really nice. Service at hotel is great and the staff is really friendly. Hotel is centrally located and nearby to all good cafes and restaurants in the area. Good for solo and business travelers.

Staying in this property is really a wonderful experience. Its a perfect place to stay. Overall its a complete bunch of all the amenities. I didnt face any issue during my stay. Very well suited property for all kind of stay.

Let me clear that hotel room was good enough, interior was also good very relaxing but worst part was service.. staff was very rude specially manager.. lots of Mosquitos, test less food, lack of facilities like hot water etc.

The restorent is really pathetic, they did not know how to handle the customers , rooms are neat and clean. But the doors are smart locking systems but it will not work if you are realy urgent. Every time when you go out and come back , you need wait at reception activate the smart card and go back to your room, really weird it right , i am not recomenting this hotel for long days saty, its small , cheap and the best in era.

They will say the different proce when you do the booking but they tend to add few more things to proce when you check in. Mostly Insane

I would say that my stay at Hotel Blue Chip. It was full value for money and comfortable place. The hotel staff and services was nice. Location was convenient and handy. Overall nice stay without any hustle bustle.

Well we stayed in this hotel and our overall experience was amazing. The staff was very helpful and treated us very nicely.They provided us all the hospitality and it was a nice ambiance. Would like to visit it again and i recommend this hotel for everyone.

Good price. Location is easy to find and nearby to the place i wanted to travel. I guess, the room was not cleaned before i checked-in. Oil was spilling on the floor when i went inside the room, but manager arranged to clean immediately. No hot water. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Room is very small.

I reached at 9 PM and the room was not ready. i had enough patience to wait and asked them to take their time. Mean while they were havinga n argument with a guy who opted for pay at hotel. The reception guy said he cannot give delux room as there are no rooms left. I checked whether iron box is available, they said yes. I called reception guy in the morning and he said he will send the same but he dint send it even after 20 mins. i called him up again he said they have given it to someone and they are not able to track it and asked for 10 mins. i waited and called him again after 15 mins. he picked and without saying another word kept the call. this went on three time and he kept doing that. i ended up attending the meeting without ironing my formals. I let him know that he should have the basic courtesy to reply to my calls instead of dropping calls on my face...

The service was below average. There were no appropriate number of house keeping staff for the service during night time. Bed sheets were not changed during check-in. Less Spacious rooms. Need to improve a lot.

Lift need to be changed and the chappathi have to be change. These guys are using machine made very thin chappathis. i dnt understand why they cant make chappathi from their own kitchen. Please consider.

A Budget Hotel located on the main road with a good seafood restaurant . Good food for non-veg eaters. Preferred a Deluxe room , found the room small in size but was a comfortable stay for Solo travellers .Rooms where clean ,bathroom bit untidy . Staff very helpful and decent . Would prefer to stay again if visiting solo in Kochi Kakanad area.

There was no telephone in the room.. Its a basic thing.. U will not get food after 11 o clock. It shows 3star hotel but its just a lodge. Overall good for overnight stay but stay away if you want to spend 2 or more nights.

The rooms are nice and clean and even though they say you cant order food online you can and they will allow it even though the delivery guy have to take the stairs

Accessibility to the hotel is very good. Restaurant is okay. Noises of vehicles even at midnight is an issue. They need to give a little bit more attention to the bathroom facilities.

The stay was fine, but a few problems that I felt was, parking space is not available, so we had to park our car in the roadside, and also the lift wasnt very good...but the facilities and features were fine..the rooms and bathrooms were neat and tidy..so I reccoment this hotel .

Hotel is strategically located near to special economic zone. Economical for short term stay of executives. They have a restaurant, where food is not dat okay, and over priced too.

On much friend recommendation about***. I have chosen this hotel because it is near to my conference. I was accompanied by another speaker as a guest to this hotel room. On first day, Without our permission, a room service guy has entered into our occupied room to adjust the bed and linen. I could see the room is not cleaned, trash bin not removed and soaps are left over by previous guests in washroom. Because we dont have time to complain and address our problem then, we decide to bring this to manager later on day. It was reported to them after our arrival on same day. There is no response seen. Despite repeated requests, problems are not attended. The full stay it was like that. In addition, the electrical power points are also not working for charging mobile and laptops.

I had a nice stay :) But the service is so poor.. They take a lot of time to reach us after the phone call or sometimes may even forget about us ! The food they provide is super tasty and fresh! The room qualities are bit low..They was not even a single towel in the room when I checked in!

There was no hot water when i ask they are saying in other rooms they are complaining water is too hot & now your sayng no hot water,Bed is 2hard for my liking there are coir bed tv,ac remots were not workng we need to change the batteries from one remote to another remote to operate i asked them they were sayng there are no batterys with usRoom ambitious is good ac works fine

The worst mistake that I made is by booking a room just by looking at the pics. all the people who have said that its a good hotel have either lost their sanity or are the hotel staff themselves or friends. Firstly, the hotel staff looks at their customers as if they are committing a sin. secondly, the service is pathetic. even water needs to be purchased. sheets are not changed when asked. one towel for two people. lol. same towel for three days! a single bar of soap for three days! the only thing the staff is bothered is about their hotel downstairs. I made a mistake, and m sure the manager will reply back to this review stating that the services will improve. well m not buying that. m an avid traveller and have visited innumerable places. its your bet!
